No Bake Milk Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
6 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp condensed milk
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 whole large eggs
200ml condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla

Successfully made it w/o oven. Your baking truly amazed me. The base is crispy, and pudding part just like cream cheese. But 1st attempt with that amount of condensed milk, the sweetness was killing me, so the 2nd attempt i tried to replace 1/3 cup of water and 100ml condensed milk by fresh milk. The color in pudding part was not beautiful as it should be, but the sweetness was moderate.

чтобы ровно достать можно сковороду покрыть бумагой для выпечки (оставив края) , а потом за них вытянуть
Кто нибудь на обычной сковородке уже делал ? У меня только обыкновенная дома , пергамент и масло подойдут? Кажется получится другой пирог. Ваши предположения и советы ?
@@aiaiaaaa думаю,с пергаментом будет ок,только думаю лучше в тесте маргарин заменить на сливочное масло..

Tips: melt down the margarine a little and your frying pan doesn't need to be that big, because as you stretch the dough, it will be too thin if it's too big. Mine didn't work out because of hard margarine (I had to add a bit of water) and as the dough got way too thin, it got inflatable, so It couldn't cook, the air wouldn't let it.

Để giảm vị tanh của trứng có thể pha sữa đặc với nước, đun nóng tới khi có hơi bốc lên, để nguội ấm tay rồi cho trứng vào hỗn hợp( không cho vào lúc đang nóng làm trứng chín) như vậy giảm bớt được lượng vani cho vào bánh

@@Kro666kA 2 раза готовила. В первый раз готовила на сковороде с диаметром 26. Во второй раз - 22 или 24. В обеих случаях нормально вышло

На самом маленьком огне 1ч15 мин. Бортики коржа не меньше 3,5 см это важно, при сковороде 20/
Оставить до полного остывания.
Тесто песочное, вкусное, а вот начинка, для меня очень сладкая, по вкусу... сладкая манная каша) других ассоциаций в голову не приходит...готовить точно больше не буду, не моё)) 👋

FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BAKE IN OVEN, blind bake the crust at 200°C for 15 minutes. Do not pick the vase. Then turn oven down to 180° and bake the tart for about 20 minutes or until the custard is set
