I was afraid to post my first videos because I wasn't confident in them. In fact they were so bad, that I had to delete them.
But overcoming my fears were necessary for me to improve. If you never fail, it is impossible to succeed.

Fear is not real. It's an illusion, a phenomenon that resides entirely within our own brain. Nelson Mandela said, "I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear."
Awesome content Pat. Thank you brother!! For all your effort to motivate us. You are the real deal.

Beautiful story Patrick. It's hard to control your mind, mine especially when I'm in bed thinking everything over. Sometimes you need to say to yourself stop overthinking and buying in those failure fears. It's not easy but you will get easier in it when time passes.

Omg that's so true. I had a fear of driving and realized it's because of my car related accidents as a kid, falling out of a car while my Dad was driving, releasing the brake while waiting for my Dad in the car, witnessing a car accident and having a bus hit the bumper of our car cos it was speeding. This was in the Islands but moving to California it was necessary to drive so I had to dig deep and force myself after 3 years. My husband is much happier now lol cos I drive myself everywhere. It's so crazy how my phobia crippled my life.

Fear of failure is the biggest cause of failure. Success always gravitates to people who understand failure. Failure means you need to try one more time with little more intelligence. Please understand one thing in life, failure does not mean you are weak or ........ Failure means to break your goals in small "steps" and focus on one "step" at a time.

Man!!! This was so awesome. I love the breakdown of the matter with the pool. It's a very mellow and real way to bring the point and understanding up front with insight.
There was also a few funny points in here as well. That Freddie Kruger being scarier than Saddam got a good laugh out me lol. Mine was Freddie as well as that little demon doll Chucky.
But it was strange how I overcame my thoughts about Chucky. I realized that all he was was just a darn doll with a knife. And then I realize how hilarious his laugh was. Once I saw Chucky cracking up the weird he laughs made me laugh and he wasn't even scary anymore, he was funny. Ugly, but funny lol

Freddy was supposedly from Springwood OH, knowing that as a kid somehow connected him so many numerous nightmares I had as a kid, but luckily I am able to control my dreams once I gain consciousness in them so I would always vanquish him.

Fears can be categorized into two categories: real fear and imaginary fear. Real fear is a man with a knife running at you. Imaginary fear is the girl rejecting you. While the sensation and feeling of this imaginary fear may be real, you have to realise it is not happening RIGHT NOW. Most people react to imaginary fear by acting as if it was happening now and as a result, put protections in place now, even when the fear hasn't become real yet. Realise what is imaginary and what is real.

My dad has a company here in Portugal, a shipping company, and he wants to advance and buy 2 more trucks, but he is afraid of debt...
Afraid that he may get a heart attack and get stuck on a bed and that no one in the family would be able to take over the company
Afraid that another crisis will hit and he will have to close doors because there is no work and he would be high on debt
Afraid that I may not get a good future
Afraid one of his clients may not pay in time
Pretty much afraid of anything that keeps an entrepreneur awake at nigth...
So he is just waiting and thinking about every possible scenario, which takes time and in that time the company isn’t actually growing
He always says that after going trough some much in life, that he is afraid to fall and have to start over again. My dad has built an amazing reputation because he has paid every thing in time and people respect him, and even though he has tackled at least 250k € in debt(and has paid pretty much 220k already) he is still super worried about getting more debt, even though he knows its good debt and that the trucks will give him more money...
What do you,Pat, think I should try to say to my dad so that his worries(at least some of them) go away...
Thank you in advance and sorry for some spelling error.

Wel I had the fear of flying in airplane and havent been out of holland since i came in 2015. But this year I overcame my fear when I took a flight to prague and had a window seat and I slowed it all down and caught my thoughts rewired my mind and enjoyed the take off and landing like never before!!
So it is possible to do a psychologist work in just minutes.
