Just found this out; when you laso an item and it picks up more than one you can zoom in on just the item you want, make a small laso on it and it will just move the item you want to move.

Hi Kara, for the mood mandala, perhaps you can create a smaller circle that is easier on the hand than the larger ones, and then just resize it and erase the bits you don't want? You could probably just have circle stickers in each colour and just paste and resize the colour you want...

Would you be better off using procreate to draw the whole mandala (colours included)? Could you then crop the sides and get a nice neat edge?
I just wondered, why you don't use the highlighter to mark your tracker. Then the color would "jump" behind the black grid and it would look a lot cleaner. Not that it's bothering me, just thinking ... :-D

I think Kara mentioned in an earlier video that she prefers the colour of the pen instead of the washed out one of the highlighter. She said it'd be possible but she wasn't bothered by the lines not showing up so yeah
Ah, yes, I remember her saying she wasn't botherd by the lines not showing, but I might overheard her mentioning the highlighter. :-D
You're overthinking the circles for the mandala - go back to previous videos and watch how quickly you drew the circle. You're going to slow which is why it took you a few tries to get it right

Was just wondering, couldn’t you do something like a fine lined “frame” around the mood mandala page, and use some kind of “fill this space”-tool, like at least I did in ms paint long before we had internet connection 24/7? Or maybe it doesn’t work like that in good notes? Feels like that would be much simpler than what you do now anyway. ^__^’
FrejaInWonderland Goodnotes is a pdf application so things like fill an area isn't a thing it has like art design applications. However, this method would totally work if she did the whole mandala on Procreate instead of just drawing the mandala. Very good suggestion so I hope Kara sees your message to save some time and struggles!!!
Lyn Ngo oh, that’s right! I’m not really paying attention to all the technical details since I’m waaaaaay to impatient for digital planning... and more or less all touchscreens hates my hands lol. Ms paint was my level of complicated, back on windows xp...
But yeah, procreate might be the solution then. Good luck Kara, if you read this. :D
Hi everyone! I really want to try this planner but I have a question. If I switch to digital planning, I want to be able to see stuff from my phone (andriod) when I don't have my iPad. Does anyone know if that is possible? Thank you!

I have the same problem, cause I'm using iPad and an Android phone.
If you are planning to use Goodnotes on your ipad, it is likely that you cannot see it on your android phone.
Unless you back up the file in pdf to google drive(or other cloud) everytime you make the change.
You could save the file to Dropbox. And then have the Dropbox app on your phone and open from there. You could also have the Dropbox app on your computer and open it from there.

Okayy, so i dont know if im just imagining it now but would you consider putting your ipad on silent for these videos?
i started noticing the little clicking/selection noises when you use any of the tools and now i cant stop noticing it and its slightly driving me insane. I might be completely delusional and those sounds aren't happen so if thats the case please ignore this comment.
That's not the iPad, it's the tapping of my pencil on the screen. Totally normal sound :)
I swear I still hear it when you use your finger to select the tools. I'm must be crazy then hahaha it's okay.
