Please make a video for storing coriander leaves as well Ma'am.
Just in time! Will pack it this way when we head back to EU next week. Thank you for sharing!
I live overseas and visits to the Indian grocery store are infrequent. As such, after I pick up my curry leaves, I wash them well and freeze them in a ziplock bag while still wet. I use these frozen leaves over a period of several months to a year.
Wont it be a problem at customs?
Nice
Thanks for the video Nisa. A quick question. Will your garden curry tree grow after cutting?

Can we get seeds for curry leaves tree to in Canada?
Hi,
How do u manage to have a healthy curry leaf plant in pot? My plant is yellowing and dying day by day....
looking forward to your rep dear!
It is not dying. Curry leaves tend to turn yellow during winter. Do not discard the tree even if you see no leaves on it. It will revive by end of spring. Don’t give much water during winter.
@@CurriesWithBumbi oh! Thank you!
And what kind of fertilizer do I add to it? I give only buttermilk water once in a week. And onion peels and tea powder residue
@@marryambintjayakumar10 it doesn’t need much of fertilizer. Whatever you are giving is good enough to sustain it.
@@CurriesWithBumbi I really anticipate that my plant grows green in spring!!!
Thanks for the help dear!!!
Is it possible to store coriander and pudina leaves like this?
Same question to me please reply mam
@@poojakarthikeyan998 yes.
Ya peksha kachechya brnit kadipatta bhatu. Theva 1 mahina bhr Chan rahto tavtavit
🙏
Madam storing is Ok. But how to use it for daily basis.
I am leaving for US soon...can I do this & carry in my suitcase?
No, you are not allowed to bring fresh plant products . It will be a problem at customs.
You will get them at Indian grocery stores don’t worry. We used to go every month. I used to buy them & freeze them. You can also use this method.
Hi mam .
How are you?
Plz give me link of pink himalayan salt which you use in your recipes
U get pink Himalayan salt in all departmental store in India
Direct Polythene me rakh do tab bhi fresh rahta hai
Why do you have to store the curry leaves when you have a plant ?
She would have been showing it for others ! Appreciate the finding and effort. It’s very useful for People like us who lives abroad.
👌👍💐🤗💞💞🙋🙏😁
Sorry I mean to grow in Canada
I have tried this method and total disaster and curry leaves are not fresh and becoming dry. Never follow this. Rather use a plastic food grade box air tight to store which will give better results. Can be stored for 10 days
