    great recipe. suggestion for fibre - replace or add grated cauliflower florets with the cucumber - wonderful for your gut biome!

    Thank you for the recipes, simple and sound delicious. I will try them. You have swapped the names of roasted bengal gram (பொட்டுக்கடலை) with channa dal (கடலை பருப்பபு).

    Hello madam
    I thought of installling a oven in our kitchen. But I am not able to decide whether to go with OTG or convection or conventional oven? Definitely not a microwave oven as we want to avoid EM waves.
    Please let me know if its ok to use OTG or convection or conventional oven or do these also have side effects ?
    If not harmful which one we can choose ? that is the safest.

    Hello ma'am, I was watching your video on making rajgira roti. I guess you used sweet potatoes as a binding agent. Will using sweet potatoes work with all millet flour rotis ? Can flax seeds be used in place of sweet potatoes ?
