    Very good intense workout! Can I say my fav part was the 15s rest between? Haha 😂 it gives me motivation to do the next exercise with more energy and intensity

    I love gainsbybrains core workouts because she gives you that 15 second break so you can actually get through the whole 45 seconds !!

    I just had to say this but THIS lower ab workout. Let me tell you. I’ve been doing this for the past two weeks and I’m actually seeing a decrease compared to the 2 months that I’ve tried another’s routine, killer stuff!🔥

    Day 1: I couldn’t finish the workout in one setting I was so exhausted and this was incredibly hard for me. I took a break and then finished the rest

      I'm always trying ab workouts and I have to say that with this one you can see results within the first week but every body is not the same.
