I had a long break so I doubt I could handle it. But I did. I'm stronger than I thought. But i'ts really hard. Luckily there is a rest day tomorrow. 😅 otherwise I really have to thank you. I've been feeling very bad physically and mentally lately. your training helps me a lot. It doesn't make the other circumstances any better, but I feel a lot better and strong enough to handle anything. So, as always, THANK YOU Sophie!
