whoo! i feel so much better after these workouts. knowing that i am working on myself makes me feel independent. i'm improving already, and i'm excited for my body transformation! all these comments make me feel so motivated, and they make me feel like i'm not alone on this. we're all on a journey together and we WILL get abs. ❤ You all are doing great. already doing all of this in such tough times? youre amazing.
i live in upstate new york, next to Canada, which is why i don't go out much. it's always freezing!! so, doing these at home really helps out. im currently on vacation in south carolina. i've been swimming all day, doing these workouts, walking more, and sometimes i even like to pack my backpack with all this heavy junk to carry on my back all day! i've been eating healthier as well. i'll get fruit smoothies, salads, fruits, etc. of course, i always reward myself with treats. some days ill get a few oreos, other days ill help myself to some chips, maybe even fast food. i'm ready to be fit!! 💪🏼

Start: kind of small waist, but abs aren't really visible
Day 1: I did this at night for 2 times, and my core feels sore so I went straight back to sleep
Day 2: I woke up and I felt that my waist turned smaller, the abs are starting to become more visible. I did this workout for around 2 times again
Day 3: (pls interact to keep me updated)
Day 14: I've done this for a full week and forgot to update the comment, so sorry. But my waist went from 23 to 21! My abs are visible too.
