Overloaded like it is in the video is an excellent way to hurry up and wear out an already old washing machine. If it's not circulating then you have too much in it .

Unfortunately there is common porblem with all whirlpool made washers from that time poried and is that there is part in the washers transmission ( I can't think of name of the tope of my had) that wears out with use and it's job is to stop the drum from spinning while it drains the water out of the drum. Fare as I know all whirlpool made washers do neutral drain. If the part fails which it has on that machine and symptom is it will allow the drum to spin wile draining. If it is not fixed it will eventually wear out the clutch in transmission as the clutch wasn't dessinged to spin the tube full of water wile it is draining hence the reason the timer truns off the motor and back on in short order it dose this to unlock the drum so it can spin. If not repaired eventually it will burn out the clutch and then bye bye washer. To my knowledge the parts can be obtained but finding someone to fix it ah good luck with that.
This old girl is to overloaded but this particular washer is a very good washer. These were the days when things were actually built to last and for this washer to outlive 3 or 4 dryers the dryers had to have been newer dryers. However The agitator is not rolling anything over because again its overloaded and there is no reason to even overload a washer. Overloading them wears them out faster and can also burn the motor up and cause other problems to. People should know all these things.
WAAAAY OVERLOADED! You should have rewashed all 3 blankets one at a time.

Exactly. Now if he had a dual action or triple action agitator, it would have rolled over... probably not very well though.

That was a complete waste of time, because nothing got cleaned with it being that overloaded.
