    This is the easiest recipe for the best-tasting Oat Flour Pizza Crust that is thin and crispy on the outside but also soft and flavorful on the inside. This healthy pizza crust is made with simple ingredients including oat flour, eggs, Italian seasoning, light olive oil, garlic powder, white wine vinegar, and salt and unlike a traditional white flour crust, it supports a gluten-free diet. This is the perfect recipe if this is your first time making hand-held oat flour pizza crust for pizza night because it mixes quickly in one bowl with a simple spatula.
    My family loves this oat flour crust made from healthy pizza dough because they say it tastes as good as regular pizza dough but even better with the earthly oatmeal flavor. And I love how quickly I can make it and spread it in my pizza pan for a healthy and delicious flavorful crust that is ready for our favorite pizza flavor combos, including classic pepperoni, meat lovers, and Hawaiian. I also love that I don't need to use active dry yeast, wait it for it to rise, or use a rolling pin.

    Is there anything I can use instead of the vinegar? I just don't digest vinegar well. Thanks. Love the recipe in general, can't wait to make it.

      Great question! You can omit the vinegar. I add it for flavor, not for function. :) Since you're reducing the amount of liquid in the recipe, you will want to reduce the amount of oat flour by 2 tablespoons. Let me know how it turns out!

    Great video! A question, why is it necessary to bake it without the ingredients first?

      @gentletummy  Місяць тому +1

      Thank you :) That is a great question! Baking it first allows it to get a little crispy on the top before you add your cheese and toppings. The crust needs about 15 minutes total, whereas your cheese and toppings only need about 6-7 minutes. If you put your toppings on right away and bake it for the full-time, your crust will be soft under the toppings, and the cheese may become too toasted.
