In the oven right now !!! I only had chicken breast :( I added a bit of olive oil, so it's not too dry. Do you have any other suggestions when it's white meat? Can't wait :)
Awesome! My suggestion is to not overcook them :) As soon as the internal temperature reaches 165°F you can pull them out of the oven. Please let me know how they turn out!
That's an excellent question! These taste amazing in the air fryer. Prepare them according to the recipe. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the breaded nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them for air circulation. You might need to cook the nuggets in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Brush on the butter or spray them with olive oil. Cook the nuggets for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through. The internal temperature of the cooked nuggets should reach 165°F (74°C). Once golden brown and cooked through, remove the nuggets from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce. Please let me know how they turn out :)

Is it ok to have too many seasonings?
Season it exactly the way you like it :) I like the amount of seasoning in the recipe. But you can adjust it to have more or less.
