Dean - whether you are a person of faith or not, pray for your friend, everday...no exceptions. Ask that he be healed, that his discomfort be minimized, and that his health care providers will be guided by the Holy Ghost whether or not they acknowledge the source or are worthy to recieve it. Then, let God decide, and take solace that you and your friend crossed paths during your individual sojourns on this earth. What a blessing it is to have friends that you genuinely care about and that care about you. I hope the cancer goes away and that he gets remission again. Every individual's journey is tailored by a loving Heavenly Father...we just have to trust His decision and timing.

It's always a pleasure to stumble in anew Neil's release around here, but today it hitted in a whole different way, tho it felt good either. I read an article about police violence in my country, specifically at Bahia state (Brazil) and it tells that 100% of all police killings made by the police in its capital, Salvador, during 2020 targeted black men. A hundred percent. As a black men, It's dizzling to read that kind of thing, I'm in my 30's now and now it's being more than 10 years since I started listening to Neil's songs. They did helped me a lot to get through inumerous of rough days and it felt conforting to being able to reckon on all that's going on here while listening to another beautiful version of a song that I love. I try everyday to stay alive and, as the song suggest, archtect a way to tell my stories, I don't know if I'll be able to do it in time, but songs like these and the encounters I have with them throughout my life motivates me to keep going and trying. I'll always be grateful while I'm still alive and maybe after death. Thanks you, Young!

I've been listening to Neil Young since I was a very young teenager. Harvest was the first album I fell in love with and then After the Gold Rush. I could relate to him in every way! He became my very favorite singer songwriter ever and still is. His voice soothes, in acoustic and electric guitar. His songs opened up something inside of me I think only his music could. Had I never heard his music would have been such a loss for me. Thank you Neil, you and your music are AMAZING!! Much love and gratefullness.

He did this song at the Civic Auditorium in Portland, OR too. Same set up; just him on piano. Thought it was the best performance of the concert. Also shows his piano playing skills.
