Definitely! And i’m always in the camp that thinks proxies should be allowed to those who would like to use them or can’t get the actual cards; gate keeping someone from a game because they don’t have the funds is 💩
lol I was JUST about to sit down and build bruse tarl + Thrasios when this video was recommended to me. Man I always loved playing tevesh, but he got shafted kinda hard by the bans. Maybe I'll give him another go sometime. And also, love the foiled out deck, it's kinda rare to see, usually I'm the only one in my lgs to do that shit lmao. If you are planning on creating a discord or something in the future, let me know, would love to chat about this deck with you.
Definitely! Im part of a larger discord (deathbarontcg’s) and another 1v1 discord discord.gg/thehorderises Some variants of tevesh definitely got hit hard with the bans since they wanted to dig for the ramp in the opener but thrasios as a partner seems to have improved since the slow control is still viable early til tevesh is put out. Seems the hardest hit were Tevesh/Kraum (two huge cmc commanders) Tevesh/Roghrak (artifact hand disrruption)
You need to be wearing a tighter shirt when you FLEX like that. Damn, son! It was a pleasure meeting you at the con, brother. Hope we can get a game in soon 🦊💜
Thrasios/Tevish is 1 of my 2 cedh brews I've been working on for a long time as well (no where near as blinged out as yours), but I gotta ask since you stressed it's built for 1v1 cedh... how does it perform in a 4 player pod with all that extra control for tempo plays???
@@wad_Mr.J it doesn’t do horribly but its definitely much harder to get the draw engine going, thrasios can block a lot of the annoying small creatures that seing out at tevesh while not dying but when you lose thrasios its always a struggle between losing loyalty on tevesh and keeping the thrulls up as the sac outlet for the draw. Getting to thoracle would definitely be the goal and probably removing the grind stone combo for maybe some life gain like sheoldred may be some options for making it more viablee
@@nemaracicollectibles mine if build more like a Kinnan deck with big sea creatures and black, definitely kinda creature focused. I have a few infinite mana combos for Kinnan and thrasios as outlets, thrasios as an alternative way to hit thassas oracle... but I've been debating cutting a few creatures for more control and tempo plays.
@@wad_Mr.J Definitely tried going creature heavy (more mana dorks as well). Had creatures like sheoldred, glissa and dauthi but found it was a bit too slow and the deck wasn't super strong at one particular thing which made it inconsistent for me.
For this deck I use Katana outer and dragonshield tuck-in for the inners. The down side to the katana is they seem to gunk easily even though im never eating when playing but the positive are they shuffle much easier than dragon-shield dual mattes imo and don’t surface scratch as easily. I didnt want to use hard inners since they really fatten up the deck and cause it to not fit in most 100+ deck boxes but currently have it in a gamegenic from prof’s kickstarter
Do you want to see more deck reviews?
Yeah! :)
Your deck is awesome, thanks for sharing!
One of the cards i was really pleased to see as an Old School enjoyer is Mind Twist, so cool!
Just a reminder that S33 cardstock is $0.28 per card, you can get any 100-card commander deck for just $28 + taxes and shipping. 👍

Damn you bring this thing in with a briefcase like Kaiba?

What sleeves and inner sleeves are you using?
