Its crazy JReed got back to playing his best ball last year after bouncing around the league for a while there.. We brought him back at the perfect time and got so much respect for him. Last year him, Leonard and Mafe were the best parts of our DLine.. What we got right now at DLine gonna be a lot of fun to watch next year. Sacks Galore hopefully
Seems like we finally have the power we’ve needed up front for a while with Murphy, JReed and Big Cat. With all due respect to Bobby and Diggs it’s been a good offseason for the defense.
Reed at points of the season was playing at an elite level. He clearly was exhausted but boy was he playing at a high level. Taking Murphy under his wing is something I expected Reed to do. One of the best leaders on the team. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but this could very well be the best interior d-line in football and no one is talking about Mike Morris who I believe can be dominant in this defense. This unit will be fresh with all the bodies they can throw at teams.
