Triple B challenge is awesome! I love this entry level blower challenge. I use the 530 EGO ALL the time and it's probably my favorite for quick walkway, driveway, deck, etc cleanup. Can't wait for the next video to see what the next class offers over this group.
I like your enthusiam and since I play you at 1.5 speed, you are really enthusiastic. I have the old Ego 580 but succumbed to the new Ego 765. My leaves are late fallers but should be down in 7-10 days. They won't know what hit them. For the fastest blowing the 765 will go in my left hand with the battery in the optional backpack and the 580 with attached battery will be in my right hand. The leaves don't stand a chance. This is another great video.
Good to know my old Ego 530 cfm model still holds it's own. I've ditched using any tube at all, output seems greater and still have sufficient directionality. And use with a 5.0ah battery is easier with out the weight of a tube.
Andrew it’s about time I will wait a long time for this video since last year I’m glad to see that you finally completed it I personally what the ego 765 With a short extension so I can blow dry my car
@@Kitearmy Things are fine Andrew, Thanks for asking! ( A little too flat on the ocean though...I was just getting in a groove with my surfing this year too ☹) Cheers, John
I always love the Beach Ball Ball blower reviews. A little disappointed how my Toro did but fortunately I never have to use it for an extended period of time and if I did I have 3 batteries. Also the Toro really does blow. Great/fun video mate! Go Ego!!
I'm still using my old 1st gen EGO 480 cfm. It will lift up the heavy rubber door mat at my front door on half throttle. Looks like a magic flying carpet.
Great job as always. Andrew. Keep an eye on the Ridgid OPE announcement next week. You might have a future leaf blower to test depending on what they plan on releasing.
You are not the first to hint at that I excluded a blower because it will outperform others. So, I will say to you what I said to them. I will pay you $1000 if your blower outperforms the winner in the cost category, you pay me $100 if the blower that won my test, still stays on top. Come on mate - make a quick 1K
CFM recommendation. I have a half-acre yard. TONS OF PINE TREE(Norway spruce) a a few maple trees. Looking gas . I need powerful enough to blow entire yard wet leaves, pine needles and my BIGGEST CONCERN is powerful enough for Norway spruce pine cones. They are quite heavy pine cone.. what cfm minimum do you recommend. I saw one that was 765cfm for $349. I like the price but…is that enough. I want job to be easy. I saw another 890cfm, but it’s $479
I'm on the fence about what blower to buy and like everyone else am wanting to get the most for my dollar. I find your videos very useful in this pursuit, including this one since my dollar goal is less than 200. What I would have liked is an actual run time chart. Is that possible?
Would you pay $50 more for the ego lb 6054 (650 cfm) over the lb 6151, the one you tested here? It is between those two for me. Thank you & keep up the great reviews!
I went to lowes and checked out the ego 765. They had a battery in it for us to test so I blew it in my face… it blew me away.. haha…ha.. ha… ugh… I thought it was funny.. my jokes blow.
There comming out with a new dual battery backpack blower comming out and it's 800 cfm with a LCD screen on the Turbo trigger. It was unveiled at the Equip Expo a few days ago!
Kite army have you seen the cat 800cfm blower that comes with a 5ah battery? I had never heard of it until I was doing a search for the new ego 800cfm backpack blower.
@@dennismullin3052 Yep - they make great shop tools but their yard tools as you will see in my upcoming reviews, fall a bit short. My 2 tops picks are EGO and Milwuakee

Makita for 300.00 wtf it's 149.00 I paid 69.00 brand new at tractor supply and bought the Makita 36v rear handle saw with four 5.0 batteries for 199.00 so 5.0 battery and blower 89.00 you bought the most expensive Makita blower in the world lmao 🤣

I have a Craftsman 60V, EGO 530 CFM and an older Ryobi 40V. The Craftsman is my favorite. I would consider buying a new EGO backpack model.
Have you seen how the stihl bga 57 stacks up against the others it comes in at $199.
The EGO 765-CFM 200-MPH would have been nice to see in the contest but it does cost more than $200.
Thats coming in the next video
You should test a Blower to dry a washed car times!
