    That grass blowing comparison sold me on the $100 model. Thanks for this video!

    The lack of a variable speed control on the cheaper unit makes a difference, important factor thanks for the heads up ,😊

    Great video! This exactly what kind of video I was looking. Trying to buy one for my dad and he basically uses his corded one to blow off the grass after trimming so this was perfect. Thank you!

    I just bought the jet fan today and am so thankful for your detailed review. I think it will be easy for me to operate and do the job. Unfortunately, 4 years later, it is $149. I did like the idea the charger and battery were included. I hope it does the job cleaning sidewalk and driveway from grass clippings. I don't have many leaves, usually just mulch with mower. 4:10pm

    I’m stumped in between both of these other than the price difference and size between the two. It’s going to be a tough decision. Awesome vid!

    I own both of these. The first one is a toy - going to sell it. The jet one is the bare minimum for just sweeping clippings and leaves off of pavement. Neither should be used on grass. you will get just get mad.

    Jet def did a better job on the dirt and my driveway accumulates a lot of sand spring thru fall and constantly sweeping it is a pain.. going for the jet plus I like the variable trigger, back off when needed and extend battery time... good review and thanks....

    Both are on sale as factory refurbished for $59. And $69 with battery and maybe a charger. Is it worth the buy? Looking for a simple blower.

  • @anniedarkhorse6791

    You have to get pretty close before the grass moves. I was hoping for more distance than that to get leaves off my roof without climbing on top.

    Hey Chuck did you ever get your trans jack? Harbor Freight has some but dont know if I would trust them . Still gotta take back my jack stands they are on recall...One was so bad I threw away the black thing with the teeth that slides into it because it was junk. If you have any might want to see if they are part of the recall 6 ton like mine.

    Hello, thanks for a great review! One question, does the HP battery improve the performance of the leave blower? I am debating between their 4ah non-HP battery and their 3ah HP battery, and the price is very similar. Thanks a lot!

    • @jackjoyce1744
      @jackjoyce1744 3 роки тому

      The 4ah battery would have better performance because it can use more current. The power isn’t huge though. You will also get a longer run time as well.

    • @430rico
      @430rico 3 роки тому +2

      @@jackjoyce1744 that’s not true 18v is 18v. That is what produces your current. The Ah rating is discharge time. Therefore the 4ah battery will last longer. But ,assuming they are a true 18v, both batteries will produce the same amount of power. I would have to research the specs to see the actual difference in the HP battery.

    • @jackjoyce1744
      @jackjoyce1744 3 роки тому

      @@430rico I was referring to the watt hours of the battery but yes you are correct.

    • @aaronwhite1607
      @aaronwhite1607 3 роки тому

      Mine came with a 2AH battery. I can’t comment on all the science like these other guys, but I put in my 4AH battery and the fan spun faster. You could hear the difference. So I can say for a fact that a bigger battery gives you an edge. Probably not worth talking about though.

    • @jalee6587
      @jalee6587 2 роки тому +3

      @@430rico you are partially correct. However while they are both the same volts a higher ah battery with a second row of cells will have a higher discharge rate allowing less voltage drop under high load meaning more power available to dump into the tool. A small battery like a 2ah will have a huge voltage drop when high demand is applied meaning voltage will drop when being loaded. I high ah battery will have little voltage drop under high load meaning more volts available meaning more power output
