The z1 rog ally is 400 here in USA now. For those who don’t mind the power drop from the extreme processor, that’s a great deal. especially if u already have a steam deck or switch. this would be a welcomed surprise to the market that is increasingly getting crowded. I love these handheld pcs , they imo revitalize a market owned by consoles and desktops. even the mobile market is getting interesting with the iPhone 15 being able to play AAA games. seriously its the best time to be a lover of games! I am excited for this era
Im good .... Of course you can make a handheld gaming PC super powerful, but the battery life of this and the ally is just not good enough. The deck oled has the balance down perfectly IMO. Horrible SD placement.
dang so the leak was completely wrong about the 32gb ram intel chips not really proving that much if you have rog ally already dont bother with this one, ergonomics yeah deck but the looks its a carbon copy of rog ally only black even the sd card port was at the top, they didnt even bother to put it at the bottom was expecting more from this handheld but i guess its just the same as like the rog ally only with an intel chip what im curious about is benchmarks thats the only thing this device can shine if it can somehow outperform those z1 chips at ally and legion go
LITERALLY CARBON COPY! And then the oversaturated 16 GB handheld they could've really separated themselves with 32 GB but hey missed opportunity. I just paid to have my Legion Go modified with a 32 gb RAM chip because I love the Legion Go, and it's honestly the best handheld out now to me. These companies need to follow the apple formula and do "PRO" models. I'm the consumer of those models.
you're like the 1st person I see mention the concern about the microSD card slot placement on this thing :D it was the first thing I noticed XD (2nd being that it looks like it might not be possible to upgrade the SSD or tedious .. ^^" )

From what I heard they have a 2.0 version for 32gbs of ram I believe is a little bit bigger

We were told that it's possible although they didn't show how. That's the first thing i will do when it arrives. 😂
