I've watched a few of these videos, and this is the only channel that shared the google sheet and that makes it so much easier to compare. Very well done sir!
Glad to help! There’s always a few things that pop up so just plan for a little extra.
Thank you buddy! I’ve been looking for your page for the last few weeks. I actually just commented on your other video. I’m going to watch them all today to see how your journey is going. I have my discovery the 11th in Kinston
Thanks for watching! I hope you get some insight that helps you on your journey. I can’t wait to hear how your flight goes on the 11th. ✈️🎉
Thanks for the work , Ur videos very very helpful. wish U the best
Thank you Enzo! Let me know if there are any questions I can answer for you. I don’t know it all, but I’m always happy to help 😀
Great video! Very informative in breaking down all the costs.
Glad it was helpful! Hope to see you in the skies ✈️
Thank you for sharing.. I'm going to start training for 2.0 as well, but I'm in my 50s. All the info I can get is very welcomed. 😊
Thank you for watching. There are a ton of opportunities in the sky. Any questions you have, I’ll do my best to get you the answer. Good luck 🍀
I used part time pilot for my PPL written prep. Awesome and less expensive than the big ones. Sheppard for the rest is best imo.
Thanks for sharing! I haven’t even checked out part-time pilot, but I will now. Hoping to drop the testing prep review next week.
I’m planning on saving up for 3 years and then going to flight school but was hearing so many different prices example 200k for atp thanks for sharing your info will sub
I would imagine cost will increase as you are saving. I would plan on increase of around 3,000 per year, just to be safe.
So I didn’t include my own personal finances in this. Say you have a car payment but you stop working. You need to include that and your other expenses as well. This can easily push the cost closer to 200k.
@@BradTakesFlight I can definitely see that and will plan accordingly thank you for your input I definitely plan on keeping it a tight budget rn I’m trucking so no car no rent just cellphone and food
@MoonKingGamingMobile no spouse and kids are huge 🤣🤣
Are there any books you would recommend for aviation I’m worried I’m anxiety will outweigh my passion and I want to be as prepared as possible also amazing video thank you your time and the information layout very awesome
That's a valid concern! I'd recommend "Flying without Fear: Effective Strategies to Get You Where You Need to Go" for some helpful insights. It's not just for pilots but it should still apply.
A little update on my solo cross country, it looks like it might be delayed even longer due to weather, but on the bright side, I passed my private pilot written exam today!
That’s awesome! Congratulations 🎉🍾
I’m sure you’ll have a blast on your cross country when the weather gets right. It’s smart not to try and push it 🧠
@@BradTakesFlight Thank you! Sundays weather is looking good so hopefully by then. Ceilings have just been too low the past days.
@videogameplayer0552 hopefully a nice tail wind too 🌬️✈️
@@BradTakesFlight A little tail wind would be nice. I had 30 knots tailwind recently when I flew with my instructor. Our groundspeed was around 120 knots, so our flight was much quicker than usual.
@videogameplayer0552 30 knots?!?? THAT’S MASSIVE 😳😳😳 What aircraft are you flying?
