At 6 years old i saw the x15 come by my house on a Low Boy with wings removed. Sooo Cool. TRUMP TO MAGA IN 24
Hey Brad, how has your experience been at blue line? Seems all positive - considering going for just CFI
It’s been good. There have been a couple of bumps but nothing big. I would definitely do it again.
Definitely - bumps are part of the process! Congrats on your success so far and best wishes to you moving forward
Thanks. Same to you. You can email me at bradtakesflight@gmail.com and we can exchange numbers if you’d like to talk and ask questions.
I wish you wouldn’t drive and vlog. Its very unsafe and sets a terrible example.
I understand your concern. I focus on driving first and talking second. This is the only real time I have available.
Amazing content, amazing training!!! Congratulations
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you so much!
Hey congratulations! Now, we just need to see and hear you actually in the cockpit commentating on your adventures. The recaps in the car ain’t making it for us. That’s when you’ll get a like and subscribe from me and a whole lot more of us, anxious to share in your experiences. Stay safe and keep the blue side up (as they say).
Thanks! Unfortunately I can’t afford that equipment right now. As soon as this project makes a little money, those things will be the first purchase.
@@BradTakesFlight Oh bummer. I assumed you already had it from the videos I saw. Yeah not cheap by any means. I’m doing my pre solo check ride this weekend and so I was very interested in your experience. I’m subscribed now so keep sharing what you’re doing. Best to ya!
@davesaunders6339 I use my phone to grab some quick cuts on autopilot or let the CFI fly for a few while I film. The setup to film the whole flight and audio is about $500. Good luck on the pre solo! You are about to have a blast ✈️🙌🏻
Congratulations!!! I'M INTERESTED IN SEENING ACTUAL REAL TIME ,NO SUMARY ! Be SAFE .
Thank you! I try to show some actual flight time when I can but I don’t have the equipment to record and fly full time yet. I’m working on it.
Good Job man!
Thanks! ✈️🤙🏻
Great aircraft. But I prefer the king air cuz it got 2 engines. The pratt and Whitney is reliable but I like to have 2 engines.
I know a few other pilots that feel the same way 🙌🏻
Congratulations
Thank you for the support 🤙🏻
So awesome 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
Thank you 🙏🏻 ✈️
This is awesome!! Congrats!!! 🤗
Thanks! I'm considering hiring a marching band for the celebration! Haha
Congratulation
Thanks a ton, really appreciate it!
Best page on UA-cam!
Thank you sir!
I love the phantom 2, I have a miniature on my bed stand
Another amazing aircraft 🙌🏻🤙🏻
I learned to fly using a few of their 152's.
I haven’t been in one myself, but I’ve heard lots of good things about them
I can in fact say that the 172 is a great plane to fly. Super predictable, recoverable, and stable. I mainly fly the lima model.
There are about 45,000 172 that have been produced to date. I’m sure it’s a blast
Great video and update. You've been killing it with your lessons and working through the flights. Keep up the great work and updates.
Thank you sir! You have been a great help along the way. Keep up the good work on your end too
Thanks for the video! Wish you success in your aviation journe. ☝️A little trick how you never forget what is Vso. Key words- Stuff Out meaning full configuration. Also Vs1 - Stuff In clean configuration.
Thank you for the well wishes and the tip 👊🏻🙌🏻✈️
interesting!
Thanks 🙏🏻
Man the end of this video was just what I needed to hear. In the beginning of my training as a new student I was put up in 20-30 gust winds on every flight and it scared me honestly but at the same time I became very frustrated because I wanted to learn and over come those same points that you mentioned. The fear and actually take the knowledge base and apply it in my training but I was so terrified I couldn’t concentrate. Which why I’m looking to transfer to another school
😳😳That’s some serious winds…especially when you are just beginning. It’s hard to do anything in that much wind! Set some personal minimums and tell the instructor you are not going to up unless the wind meets your minimum. It’s for safety and your confidence.
I definitely enjoy your content. I can already see you making amazing videos at the airline. Congratulations on your journey. I have been considering switching schools coming to Blueline
Thank you so much! Glad you like them. I’d be happy to speak with more about Blue Line and answer any questions you have.
Lots of great info. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
It was also a nuclear bomber
Talk about a multi-talented aircraft!
cool!
*Puts on sunglasses* Too cool for school!
Watching your ppl written vid definitely calmed my nerves. I got an 87% on it 🎉. Thank you sir!! I'm super nervous for the check ride any advice anything helps.
Thank you for your kind words, I'm glad my video helped you! Review the ACS and quiz your self for the oral part. Take your time and talk through each maneuver before doing it. Remain focused. Don't let one mistake distract you and snowball into additional mistakes. Best of luck on your check ride!
@@BradTakesFlight Thank you!
@yeeeyeeeshewww7464 of course
Lindberg built his plane. Number 1 in his promotion. Valid wise man. One rich fat woman gave Everheart the plane to fly. Her husband, and the media wanted her to triumph to sell news.
Charlie’s accomplishment is unparalleled and there will never be another first, but it doesn’t diminish what Amelia achieved. You have to remember that women just got the right to vote and educating women was seen as an afterthought in society.
He flew 3.600 miles and landed in the middle of paris. She flew less than 2.000 in a far better airplane. Landed in northern ireland and asked... where am i? Is this france?
Both accomplishments were great. I have a hard time being accurate with dead reckoning for 20 miles much less 2000 🤣
❤
✈️🙌🏻🤙🏻
I’m dying to start my journey, unfortunately I have to wait a bit longer. I’ll be watching brother. Rooting for you.
Hang in there, I'm sure the anticipation is killing you, but it'll make the journey even more exciting when you start! Thank you for your support!
Hi brad thank you for all the info that you give , my name is Ali from Iraq living in nc trying to get my Ged so I start with blue line , just want to give you a thanks for the info that helps me a lot .
Glad it helps you Ali! That’s why I do it. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help
Great vlog! Just wondering, how old are you?
Thanks! I’m 41.
@@BradTakesFlight Thanks so much! The reason I asked is because I'm 40 and thinking about starting training for a career as a pilot. I was leaning towards me being too old, but you give me hope!
@user-ut4pe6tb8s you are definitely not too old. There is another guy in my program that is 56. You can do it if that’s what you want to do!
@@user-ut4pe6tb8s Im 37 and hoping to get into flight school by the time im 40. have a few things to pay off and take care of first. Im stoked.
Awesome 😎😎😎😎
