Not really man. I use Golden Vow and Howl, which are both standard buffs. If you don`t want to bring your health down for Red Feathered, then replace it with Ritual Sword. You`ll only lose 10% dmg.
Maliketh phase 2 was badass

Not sure what you mean. If you want to know how I parry Maliketh, I use the Blasphemous Claw.

You overestimate the importance of stats. 80 is the second soft cap for any stat, so from 80 to 99 it`s not that big of a difference. Besides, some of the stats are irrelevant to the present build, you can ignore them completely (like Arcane, Int or Vigor).

Increases your damage by 25%, but also the damage taken by 30%.

Giant Crusher can do it better, and you can get it without relying on RNG.
Giant Crusher is awesome, no doubt. But Golem`s Halberd has better range and better charged R2s. You are right about RNG, but it`s not that bad really. I got two in about 20 min with the Silver Scarab.

It's a 10% drop chance from golems wielding it, which in the case of elden ring might as well be as common as a Mcdonalds.
