Nice vid. For anyone wondering: 1.) Wakizashi is a hybrid dagger katana It can use the parry ash of war because it’s a dagger. It can powerstance katanas because it is also a katana. It simply uses the daggers move set on its own. 2.) Parry is always prioritized in your offhand despite having an ash of war in your main hand. 3.) All it takes to apply a buff to your weapon is for it to have a physical infusion sta/hvy/keen/qlty 4.) Dagger parry is mediocre. The delay before parry is on the slower side and the parry frames afterwards are not very much. At 30 fps delay is 6 frames parry is 4. This is worse than small shield, but marginally better than medium shield. It just won’t feel good when you have to tank with a dagger compared to a medium shield. I saw some confusion in the comments so here is an explanation. If I’m wrong please correct me.

@@alastor8091 Nah, ppl make mistakes and it's humane to err (get a hit). I can do no hit runs too (and have uploaded) many times too, but sometimes I got hit too while trying things out and experimenting weapons and strategy.
Well done. I've only recently started parrying with daggers. It is very satisfying when you pull it off. Nowhere near this level of accomplishment though.
if u have light roll u can now just roll 3 times back when she starts the waterflow, 90% you will dodge the first swing. The second and the third u already know how to dodge.
the dagger has worse parry frames than small shield and buckler, but better than medium. im assuming 3 better than medium and 2 worse than small but im not sure its also got a very weird startup
@@iperformm5793 why does it prioritize the offhand’s ash of war instead of doing the primary nagakiba piercing fang, without 2 handing the off hand weapon?
@@fanxDDDYou cannot put parry ash of war on all katanas. Only small/med shields, daggers, thrusting swords, curved swords, fist weapons, and claw weapons. Special parries only go on shields.

I really enjoy the the hit runs instead of hitless/no damage. I personally really don't see the enjoyment of doing hitless stuff :/.
