A cleaner trailer would have been good. I suspect you will see these installed on travel trailers more than any other kind. I was looking at a set for my BigfootRV but it has shocks on it and they are on the side of the axle facing the equalizer, which is where the Sumo Spring goes, so I would have to remove the shocks. I would think on a tandem, you would want them on both axles and not just on one.
You could look into getting a set of aftermarket shocks that will provide more support or outfitting your trailer with airbags for the ultimate support.
I have fender clearance issues with my tires. When I hit large bumps the trailer bounces a lot and I get tire rub. Can this help alleviate that problem by increasing ride height and decreasing bounce?
My friend if your axle is bolted to the top of the springs you might consider changing over an convert it to axle on top , you'll have far more clearance and room for up grades, I have my camper that way and it was simple hand works great...
Yes and no. Trailers don't typically have bump stops, the SumoSprings product is much more pliable than a hard rubber bump stop which will provide a much better ride. If the trailer rides more smoothly, there will be less shock and bounce transferred to the tow vehicle. www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Leaf-Spring-Suspension/SuperSprings-Intl/TSS-106-40.html

Suzuki samurai can fix?
Very disappointed in this video. You failed to show the position of the springs and center swivels when measuring for spring clearance.
