I have this machine. Its great but it's only for carpets not hard floors. My only Warnings would be that its pretty heavy and if you leave water in the clean water tank it leaks eventually
why do you not recommend it for hard floors? Our hard floor is not smooth and hard to clean so I was going to buy it but your comment lets be think twice.
I rather see these demos clean a fully months old stain vs. something they just placed on the carpet. Pretty much any new cleaning machine will do what's shown in this video.
Not happy with proheat 2x. Messy. It leaves dirty water after cleaning. I have to mop the floor and has one side sprayer i have to turn the cleaner side to side
@@SheilaSpencer1but after extensive research their solutions are not approved by the National Carpet Institute. Please tell me why after 150 years they still haven’t gotten approval from an industry organization.
@@SheilaSpencer1 ok let me explain. I asked the question 10 months ago, with no answer I did extensive research to find out. If you notice in my last comment I said I did the research. That’s why I know now. You ok with that now?
This one cleaned my carpets very well, I highly recommend!
Very nice carpet cleaner
Hope it's good. I just got one on sale ( 33% off ), for $399.99 CAD ( $294.99 USD). Should arrive tomorrow.

Can it be use on hardwood
No. They have a crosswave hydrosteam for hardwood floors
You might want to mention that in the manual it says to use distilled water
It's recommended, not required.
Are Bissell’s solutions approved by the National Carpet Institute?
Bissell has been in business for almost 150 yrs; I think it's safe to use by now. 🙄
