Was about to rent a rug doctor and saw this open box on sale. Holy moly this thing is impressive. It picks up just as much and maybe even more than rug doctor. Definitely happy with this purchase and happy I will never have to rent that gigantic rug doctor ever again. Don't get me wrong, those big commercial cleaners are beasts but this thing honestly removes the stains just as well.
Just bought one. I’ve had the spot cleaner which was good but the hose broke… something your design team could work on I think! This has the benefit of being able to do larger areas as well as the small I’m used to doing.
@bissell only two points of feedback. 1. I wish the tank held more water. It runs out fast. 2. Have the rollers stop when I'm the upright position. The rollers continue to spin on the current model and there is a burning smell of you leave it going in one spot. Otherwise it's a great machine!!!! Very happy with mine.
Any idea why the steam won't work? I want to steam the bed and I have no success. The steam light is on but doesn't do anything. Does it warm the water or anything?
Hi. Why doesn't the vacuum cleaner's specifications indicate its power? I don't speak English well, so I don't call to find out. It’s easier for me to order online, but not all the information is available.
I bought one on Amazon and it didn’t work the three lights kept blinking and it was refurbished without my knowledge. I then bought one at target but it’s still doing the same thing, handle not clicking and lights blinking, can’t get it to work, this is frustrating 😢😢😢😢
You have to push down pretty hard until the handle goes in all the way and "clicks". If you can pull the handle in and out then it's not engaged all the way. Keep pushing it down.
I thought I had the same issue but in my case I just wasn't pushing it down hard enough because I thought I would break something lol. With some more force, I finally got mine to click.
You need to push down pretty hard. If the handle is able to slide in and out, then it's not fully engaged. Keep pushing until it locks in place and "clicks".
@@rickslife i had it in the wrong mode but i find it too cumbersome and heavy it gave my hand blisters...sure hope i can sell it for half or do a cleaning job to buy a cheap 12 lb shampooer...it did STEAM clean filthy smoky stained carpets it is a beast!
So frustrated. Mine was delivered yesterday. Subpar suction, it leaks, and gets clogged fast. For a $350+ machine before added warranty, taxes, etc., I expected much better. No one should have to disassemble a machine to get it to work - I guess this is what the modern carpet cleaner (made in China) gets you. I will definitely be returning this item this week.
It only vacuums water, you do not want to use this machine to pick up any solids. You should vacuum the carpet first using a regular vacuum cleaner and then use this carpet cleaner.

This machine is the boss. My 14 year old Arhaus couch looks and smells brand new.

I had the same problem with the BISSELL lift off carpet washer! I got this model and I’m in love with it!
Would you recommend this for wool or delicate rugs? Will the brushes cause damage? Can you use it effectively without using the brushes?

Yeah. That’s what I can hear for. Like let’s burn a hole in the carpet while they use this tool. They will never know.
Can I leave the solution tank with some water and solution left? Didn't finish it all 😊

What setting should I use for tile? Just steam?
It’s not made for tile, a tile scrub brush and a mop would work fine.
we used it fo 3 min and it started burn from inside. i thought it was steam but it was just burning smoke.
All of the icons stay on in mine and I can’t switch modes, any help?
How often should youb use this carpet cleaner? Ive heard too often is bad for the carpet material due to the steam.
I mean I do mine every 2-3 months unless there's a spill
I tried using the hose tool with the pet upholstery attachment and there is no suction
same here; the hose clicked in but its like the machine itself isnt recognizing that the hose is attached
did you select the water drop icon mode?
does it vacuum?
No, it's a steam cleaner, not a wet/dry vac. You need to vacuum separately before you use it.
All the icons are flashing when I plug in machine and machine won't turn on
Had that happen to me, found that the handle wasn’t fully secured. Once it clicked it worked
@u1stproduction that's what it was

@@BrutolMotent thanks for this, I was beginning to wonder what I was doing wrong. I had to really put my weight into it.
Handle is supposed to slide in and click per instructions. It will not slide in far enough to engage the plug ends and make the ‘click’! Any tips?
Same problem. Handle will not insert far enough to click into place. I’ve tried every way possible.
I can't get it to work, I can't get it turned on

Push it hard like. Your weight on! I was like what's going on!!! Until I push it hard lol then it click
Hi the three lights keep blinking and i cant get the cleaner to work. I tried everything i can think of. Just assembled it out of box

Mine works great. Wonder what you’re doing wrong.

@twaysonlaird I’m having the same issue. Did you get yours to work? If do, how?
Thank you so much!
It says 8 inches per second but thats too fast. The video isn't showing it that fast.
My machine keeps shutting off when I put it on my area rug, any idea why?
Can i buy in UK?
I will return. I can’t get the first part attached. Guess my hands aren’t strong enough

Loser
You aren’t using it right, I have a dog that sheds a lot and this machine has worked absolutely great!
Unfortunate. I have had mine for almost a year, and it has been amazing. 2 kids and 2 pets. I can see just how dirty the water gets.
Who wears socks while cleaning a fuckin' carpet?
Answer: no one. But it's in a lots of videos. Fuck my life.
I was thinking the same exact thing! 😜
