- After setting everything up with Rocky Road Outfitters for them to make a set of rock sliders for the raptor. It was finally time to pack and leave for my trip. From Start to finish. You get to see all of it.
Central Wisconsin to Herber City, Utah. 3,000 total miles. Multiple detours. No breakdowns. Beautiful scenery. Lots of weather. Pure Solitude. You really can’t ask for much more.
This will be my last trip in the truck with its current setup. Stay tuned for the new build video!

Good times Offroad. We go winter camping in the CANADIAN ROCKIES with a diesel heater i mounted in a weather proof case, plumb it into the Annex and nuce cozy in our Treeline Outdoors tent.I looked into one of those tailgate pads, too crazy expensive for a chunk of thick plastic cutting board. Have fun

I can’t believe it took me this long to find your channel, I just started building out my gen 1 raptor for trips. Just been nervous about it with their known issues and the torsion front diff hates to turn in 4wd! I know this video is older but keep up the good work! I’m gonna record my entire first trip, up in Colorado and Utah!

Everything you do and use is amazing brother.
Just a suggestion that kindly use a chopping board or anything expect that base. You do clean that back before chopping but use chopping board or other thing for food.

You now have to specify which "Ford Raptor" in the title lol, now that there are currently 2 Ford Raptors sold in North America that are totally different vehicles and a 3rd "Ford Raptor" also coming to US market in the form of the Ranger Raptor lol. So lol, we have F-150 Raptor, Bronco Raptor and Ranger Raptor lol. All Ford Raptors😂
My fiance and I recently moved to Utah and he recently purchased a 2022 F-150 Raptor, now that we are somewhere it is usable lol. I have ordered the Bronco Raptor! We love it here!

Great video and editing. I have a diesel heater and what a game changer! Using the tailgate for a cutting board did make me cringe, however! I've been in the food industry and Salmonella is risky stuff. Get a plastic cutting board. Lol! Curious what your brand and caliber of personal protection is? I prefer a Sig 40 cal. Love your channel and live in Longmont, CO. and have a Ford Ranger XLT with an ARE shell and a Roofnest Condor.
Diesel heater was definitely a game changer!
Haha im sure you weren't the only one that cringed about the tailgate. However I always make sure everything is scrubbed down and clean.
As for the firearm, I carry either a M&P 9c or (in this video) a M&P Shield 2.0. And I always use a minimalist holster, which is basically a trigger guard with a belt clip integrated into it. Ive gotten a lot of questions about the firearm, so there will actually be an upcoming video on the mounting solutions of the truck and what all I use for protection!

Which rack are you running that you mounted your tent to, and how did it mount above your tonneau cover? I’m looking for one that can mount via T- bolts, and I like how your tent sits below or flush with your roof line.

When you drive you operate drone yourself or use some feature to follow you? sick shots
If I’m stationary I fly it myself. And if I’m moving I use it’s tracking features which are amazing.
What’s the maximum speed it can track you at, and elevation from ground please ?
Speed is 35ish mph. And elevation is far lol. Cause after it can’t see you it switches to gps tracking

Nice. I’m a Gen2 overland Raptor … not enough of us out there. Did you custom fab your awning bracket? I’ve got a low bed rack / tent setup like that (Frontrunner) and just about the only thing I hate about it is my 6m awning is eye-level.
This is very true, there isn't enough of us out there lol. But no, it is a Billie Bars branded mount specifically for their bed rack system.
