Nice gym and workout. I will try wider rear back bent over rows probably can do on back day because you probably can't overwork the rear delts. I mainly do reverse rear delt flys with cable machine like Jay Cutler talks about. For side delts check out Bulldozer laterals lets you use 2x-3x more weight and they've really popped my side delts. My only shoulder weakness now is rear delts will try your rows today as its back day and I hit shoulders yesterday. I sometimes use bands for static holds on rear delts and that fries them too need to do those more. I have cable system will try seated cable rows have never tried those before.
