How can I try out for a competition??
The Open happens every year and literally anyone can enter and compete
which city/state? @@shawnfoster4506
How many of Vellner's muscle-ups were not to full extension? On his second set, every single one was a no-rep!
I counted at least 10 no-reps for Vellner ..
Yeah tons of no-reps. Typical
Annie's muscle ups looked much better than Pat's
One of the most painful workouts ever. Shoulders and triceps death
I thought Annie was pregnant 🤔
O vídeo é de 2020
Somebody educate me but it seems like when I watch CrossFit there’s a lot of improper form.
Define “improper form”
@@spencergsmith like with the pull-ups they are swinging using body weight and momentum to get themselves up. I even looked it up and based on what I’ve seen in a bunch a videos that’s not a proper pull-up.
And did someone say "strict pullups"? Don't think so...
@anonymoussurname you are super uneducated with crossfit, obviously. Do research before bashing it
@@username-kn3oh educate me … I literally made that clear in my initial statement. If questioning is bashing then I guess I’m a basher lol
