The AREESSGEE mod boosts RNG and world generation to improve the quality of the seeds. You can download the mod and read about it in more detail on the GitHub for the mod ( github.com/faluhub/AreEssGee ). Me and many other runners use it with the Beach Autoresetter mod ( github.com/tildejustin/autoresetter ), because it's better for practice and resetting, since neither mod is legal anyway. I'm also using a mod called runbenchmark which tracks my splits and shows them ingame, which is just a feature I find helpful for practice but isn't necessary ( github.com/faluhub/runbenchmark ). I assume you know how to install the mods themselves?
If you can afford it, sure. But you may as well go for the 7950x at that point (wasn't really a thing when I got my 7900x). Also just make sure you have 64gb of ram to make the most of the instance count

Gg, great run, how does the AREESSGEE mod works ? Is it a seed filter or something like that ?
