@@eathletelabs Hey eathletes can you do a video on the win Hof method this method allows to get into flow state and other benefits. Could do an experiment to see the effect on gaming it has
My friend loves fps games ive seen him clutch games and 1v5ing.. whenever hes the only one alive in our team he suddenly gets quiet and seems like hes more focus and concentrated to the game and i think thats what they call the flow state and he pulls off sum sick plays that is so impressive.. but it doesnt happen all the time but its still awesome to see sum1 can enter the flowstate.
I remember entering the zone, when I am playing cs go for example , sometimes I take shots with a very accurate aiming , and with such large reflexes, that it even scares me
I get interested in flow state when i was in a match and i was playing like a godlike I made 7 kills in like 5 minutes all so calculated and precise aim i felt that wasn’t me controlling my mouse and keyboard i dont remember the kills so much like i have blanks in my mind but i just remember that i dont had kills and like a minute after I had 7
I entered Flow state once. Back then, i was playing with my friends and in my mind i was like i need to crush them and prove that i am better than them. Then I entered flow state, i dropped 21 kills and i was full on Tryhard mode. I would love to enter that state again. That's why i watched this vid.
I finally experienced state of flow playing a first person shooter 3 days ago. I've been training on CS:GO workshops and playing deathmatch rounds for like 2 years and a half. 3 days ago I was playing Ironsight when suddenly it kicked in and holy hell... This wasn't the first time I won a round playing that game but it was different this time, the horrible matchmaking algorithm put me in front of a team of top tier players plus, my ping in that game is horrible (I was at 94 ping). I wen't full Shroud on those guys to a point of confidence, reaction times and technical skill that I didn't even see them as top tier players anymore and when I saw them on my screen they looked like victims, there was no fear and no place for choking. I played yesterday and yes, I'm more skilled now than before everything happened, it was like passing through a next level sort of thing but I feel kind of sad I still don't know how I got to that place in my brain. The only thing I remember is that I've been training almost every day for 2 years and a half, I've been having good sleep hours and drinking lots of water.
I see so now I understand why I play more productively if I dont have a problem to think about because I can mainly focus on the game. Problems IRL affects our emotions and mood which is controlled by the brain.

Hey eAthlete, I am currently 16 and from Australia, I have been researching the flow state for quite some time and found it very intruging involving esports ect. The struggles I have come across with it, is achieveing flow at a consistent rate and being able to trigger it when I want. For example accessing it through meditation (focusing on breathing) makes it far easier than for example focusing on the game as I have to focus on more than 1 thing. I currently am in a juggle with my mind involving persuing esports or going a different path. I personally feel like I have the mechanical ability and can do it, just the constant bad habit of bad mentality/emotions mid game is whats letting me down. I have set aside 10 weeks to reset my mental and try get a refresher before comitting myself to a solid training schedule. I was hoping you would give me any recommandations on things I could personally improve on during the 10 weeks. As I feel like a player you can never really lose your mechanical ability unless you stop playing for a genuinely long period of time. A question from me is, is it worth making that risk with the industry rapidly growing and my genuine passion for games or should I focus my attention more broadly. Regards Edit: Is it worth trying to go professional in Australia with the lack of resources/support/money, (No I don't want to play for money I have just researched and heard that a lot of professionals can't support themselves with the lack of funds. One of my main problems currently is that I am slightly above average in both of the games I play (Valorant and LoL) and I just cannot decide which one to focus on for improvement. Any tips on that?
Play both as much as you like, but consider which you're willing to put more time into on the competitive side. Which do you think you'd be willing to grind the most?
This is called hyperfocus. People with ADHD are able to access to this state easily. I am myself someone that hyperfocus on videogames. Tho I have to say that this doesn't mean you perform better. It just helps you be more consent and react faster but if you if you find someone with more skill you are still going to loose.
There are many ways of looking at it. Some connect religion or spirituality to it. But I prefer the ones that don't. In my mind meditation is the act of being still, relaxed and unphased by all your thoughts in your own head. You merely 'observe' your thoughts, but you don't reply or participate in the flow of thoughts. You acknowledge them and let them go. This is supposed to calm you down, relax you and thus 'clear your head'.

How can I increase my gamesense???
One of my main problems currently is that I am slightly above average in both of the games I play (Valorant and LoL) and I just cannot decide which one to focus on for improvement. Any tips on that?
Play both as much as you like, but consider which you're willing to put more time into on the competitive side. Which do you think you'd be willing to grind the most?
wait do u actually sill think during flow
I tried Eadvantage bro i went from better from the average player to a god getting 30 bombs in solo squads and pooping on kids in csgo
We do use all are brain but you use more of your know dominant side of your brain instead of your dominant side 👉🧠
Not enough research prove that meditation is so good. You can run or jump rope or focus on something else with the same benefits to the brain.
I am improving by watching this channel💕🤩
Love hearing it! Keep on improving! :)

This is called hyperfocus. People with ADHD are able to access to this state easily. I am myself someone that hyperfocus on videogames. Tho I have to say that this doesn't mean you perform better. It just helps you be more consent and react faster but if you if you find someone with more skill you are still going to loose.
But what exactly is meditation? I keep hearing about it but never know just what it consists of
There are many ways of looking at it.
You just sit down and close your eyes and think about nothing for a while. Or focus on your breathing
Just don't think
When i smoke weed i enter that flow state
