What is this video about?
When you're playing at the top level, when everything is on the line, when your dream is clear and you know the path to get there, then everything else comes much easier.
This is why you hear about rising stars who have such big goals, who have the humility to admit they're not the greatest but have the belief and aspiration that they'll get there.
And anyone who fails to have the right mindset or self-belief will distance themselves more and more from their pursuit until their self-doubt becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
But why exactly is "mindset" such a big factor for success in esports? And what mindset do you need to adopt to succeed like a pro player?

Here's a tip, that can really improve your performance: try to stay hydrated during your play, and get fresh air every now and then. breathe more consicuously every few minutes or when you need to perform better during your match.
This really helps more than you might believe
M-Try Gaming I will try ty sir
Really works
Also stay in a cool temperature room. I feel like this really helps too. When it gets hot in my room, I feel like I play worse. No matter how much water I drink to cool off. To play well, you must be comfortable. 💯
Also it’s a pretty controversial topic but I would stay off gfuel, red bull and monster. U don’t actually need that much energy as you are not moving, if you’re tired just have coffee, coke, etc.

Thanks for this video man. I really needed this for my SIMS career.
I've seen many tutorials about how to improve over the years and this channel by far has some of the greatest videos on exactly how to do that.
Absolutely incredible, amazing job on all the videos you made so far.
Can you make a video about how diet affects gaming performance?
YouDontKnowMe 1 Thats already in his second video
Drink more water!
lol
@@jados5504 underrated tip
@@Pharium its litteraly the 1 most told thing to do for your body....
I have notice that when I start a match and I'm repeting to myself "I can do it, I will do it", I perform better, I'm not scared of making the first move or put myself in risky situations, but when I start the match insecure, like "I don't really know this character" or "I hate going against that character" I immediately get destroyed by the enemy. So, when I see I'm doubting I repeat "I CAN DO IT" and it helps a lot. It doesn't have to do with winning, is about you knowing you are playing at your full capacity.
You are right, confidence helps a lot. Whenever I start a game off good and get a lot of kills, my confidence goes up and I do much better. I just need to learn how to get my confidence up even if I lost.
These videos take a lot of time and effort to create and the amazing feedback from you guys makes it all worth it! Thank you so much for the love and support!

Ily thanks for the motivation and advice
I have recently opened the possibility of going pro but I have a lot of mental hurdles to get over before that can happen, as well as improvise my skills. You’re videos are amazing thanks!!
I get your eAdvantage tomorrow and I'm so excited for it. I'm dead serious about improving, and I'll be recording and uploading my own gameplay to re-watch and learn from it, as well as so my teammates can go watch the videos from my perspective. I can't wait to review it honestly
Yo keep up the work bro. Please keep doing these types of videos, they motivate me to do my best and push my limits in gaming!:)
Thanks, appreciate the advice!
you are legendary bro. Breaking down these kind of stuff is not easy at all. At least for me.
Great video. Well done
0:00-1:55 ... Intro/talking
2:00 is when it starts
Love ur way to edit the vids. Also the finals.
This motivates me. Thx dude
Love ur vids bro!
How it's possible that I just now find your channel? Great videos, keep it up!
Great video. I hope this information gets out there more because we need more people who are really good at video games. It's no fun when you are at the top and can't find someone to challenge you.
Shorter videos more frequently! Love the video editing.
All your videos are so helpful to me
I have finally received Eadvantage and it seems to work well so far but I’ve only used it for a couple days but I can’t wait to continue using it

Damn dude, if I become esports enough I’m hiring you as my coach, in and outside the game.
This is a great video, really enjoyed it. Even though I’m not trying to go pro, I love the talk about mindset. If you have the right mindset you can achieve anything, I fully 100% believe that.
HOLLYYY thats exactly the mindset i use to improve and its the first time i watch this video
I am struggling to change my mindset..
Love it man! Keep it up
Awesome production quality and content. Really unique channel. I'd say a large part of what you describe here is the law of attraction, but all your advice is hugely useful.
Definitely a channel I’m gonna binge watch. No interest in being a pro gamer but it’s still great info for getting great at your interests. Mine is painting and drawing
8:30 I would also add communication skills. Communication and Strategy are deciding factors on a high level of gaming as knowledge and mechanics are usually very close to each other in good teams.
Very true! Communication is a major factor!
This is a great video man. I'm always looking for the best in game settings, sensitivity etc, and that's made me lose a lot of time. Could you make a video on that topic? Sticking to something and working on it?
Luka van der Wurff Same
Honestly Luka I don't think this matter nearly as much as you thing when you're starting out. Those little things like what kind of switch you have on your keyboard etc - those doesn't matter at all until you reach a high level.
Will practice on my mindset
Keep it up bro your videos are really helpful
Can u make a video on how proffessional players care their eyes
Good job mate!Keep it up
I'm dealing with failure at a really critical level and right now I'm burned out, constantly frustrated and quite depressed. I'm so committed to improving that's why I can't stop when people say take a break and I know while I don't stop I'm not helping my mindset. I really need help because so much losing can really destroy a man's confidence and I have absolutely no clue what to do now.
It's the same with me, but this way of thinking helped me a lot hope it works for you: stop resisting, stay calm. Keep reminding yourself that eh you'll do better in the next match, even if you lose IT DOSENT MATTER. If you loosen everything up, and stop expecting for the best you'll naturally do your best. Play it at your own pace/comfort, replicating sweet techniques interferes with our pace, since each one has it's own it's harder to improve your gameplay in a blink of an eye. so just play/practice at your own pace instead of instantly going beyond your limits, it takes time and that's okay. I've noticed most of us get sucked in so much that it drains our focus as we get anxious, but first and foremost, the key is staying calm, if u lose, burst a laugh it helps... I Personally laugh at the ways I die to make it humorous.
Gaming sense age 5 started in 2004 gamecube and then went to ps2 rachet and clank then to call of duty I played fps shooters for 12 years I have the strength and knowledge and when i focus up and not over think I play unreal and with ease I guess sense doing it so long I can flow and adapt so easy but my mindset held me back I play apex legends and I do it well hope everyone can to.
Best channel to get motivation
This videos are so good thanks a lot

Mindset is key 🔑
Thx so much helped a lot
I want to be a competitive player but idk how much time to practice on a game
If you can source the material used, it would validate the video more. For example, like the cleaning lady who were split into two groups.
YAY I’m finally on time!
I'm fashionably late.
Motivated me iRL... Thanks
Great talk.
Great video dude, how do you find all this stuff out?
Thanks for the motivation I just hit masters on league
Good video!
I’m just so scared of queuing for competitive because I’m afraid of loosing my rank. I’m trying to change that mindset and not care about the numbers so much, and rather focus on improvement, communication, and confidence. I’m solo queuing this.
Everything is possible believe that

good video really hekped!!!!
Amazing vid
Great video but idk about that ad in the end telling people that if they are serious they should be using it and that it’s good for your health.
Things to take away: mindset is important. Make sure to tease yourself to improve
So good video!!!! Please do next video gonna let you results
so much 100T ❤️
I already do that
Pls make more of thoose vids
Yeahh new vid
In one week alone, I have improved about 28% in terms of skill
Mo Shehri I just sorta used this whole flow tactic and compared it to players of my elo rating and saw how easily I climbed the ladder and started to do better against people of my skill level and my usual party, with flow if you play against the people you play with (for me my friends) then practice against them you will notice that they who used to be at your level are now below you
how to enter the flow,I watched that video and still dont get it,for instance in cs go?
TheGentleMan its something that you want to achieve, you want to get it there. Could be something holding you back. I rly went on training effectivley 3-8 hours daily with 14 on cs, so i made it up to global in 1.5k hrs and faceit 5 to 8
Yo pengo I didn’t expect you here
Morepls
love it
It's the placebo effect
Can you make a video of what type of music helps while playing
TGK Killer dont listen to music or you can listen to background music
This is such an important message. I've performed music at the highest level. Competed. This is the mindset. Great Great work. Subbed. Shared. Liked.
Oblivion because you don't care about drum corps international or Winter guard international. Because football and other sports own that space. How come people only know about ninja after Drake streamed with him?
Oblivion lol wtf is twitch? Lol wtf is esports? See how easy it is to do that?
Known to you. The news doesnt ask what DCI is. Come'on kiddo, try harder.
Steven Bustamento He genuinely doesn’t know what it is
Nate thats great, and that's my point. Why would you know about esports if you weren't a GAMER? If you're not a musician why would you care about band shit? Jesus fuck, you kids.
Rip C9 tarik lul
Nice video!
Dooku he will be missed
This arr best videos
Shorter more frequent uploads would be great
quality over quantity
I’m 18 and one day I’ll be on e sports
Love it
Hey eAthlete Labs, I wanted to buy some from eAthletelabs.com but it said my connection to this website wasn't encrypted and I shouldn't enter any private information. is it safe to buy from that website?
MoeZaic that is because the SSL certificate for a secured connection only applies at the checkout page, where it is needed most.
1:17 Can we take a look at that hand
Obviously, I’ve had my Chance, I took Risks… and they didn’t pay off, feeling like all of it… was Not Meant To Be.
Besides, I recently had a Flashback on a past saying that I was told… which ended up being the real truth. That saying… “You Can’t Always Get What You Want.”
Which, I finally see is true, I wanted it, but Reality says I can’t have it, it’s not meant for me… none of it. The High Ranks, Being Up On Stage at Official Tournaments or Championships, going down in Video Game History… all that time, all that time I was “Chasing After a Pipe Dream”. I Lost a lot of Time that I can’t make back now.
So, there is something that all of them have that I don’t. But, can’t bother finding out what it is now… I Moved On.
I must say you shouldn't try hard too bad to play. Just play everyday and just have fun but still focus on improving you're mistakes.
Im not +18 year, i play 4-8h games (Fps) in day, But im okey with school and my friend, mom, dad and brother :D? Is it good?

I have a question. I am on my way to become a really good player in Fortnite. I have good aim and I can build fast but I am not so smart and I make bad decisions and do stupid things in buildingbattles that cause me to lose. How can I improve this?
Tatael I’ve noticed that you almost get a similar feeling to an adrenaline rush when you are in higher performance environment (ex: fast paced build battle) . So I would suggest to ground yourself inside /outside of the game and try to relax. When you don’t think about it, it usually comes naturally as long as you put in the common effort. You’re in game IQ will always keep growing as you gain experience.
eAthlete Labs But I am relax when I play but I think I make bad rotations and choices when there are no enemies. So I just have to play more to become better at it?
eAthlete Labs But anyway, Thanks bro!👍👌🏻
Tatael just take mental notes or even physical notes if you are more of a visual person on what you did wrong. Focus on finding solutions or other ways you can approach the situation the next time a something similar happens. So yes, keep playing and Learn as you go. No problem !
eAthlete Labs Thanks m8. I am on my way to become better at the game for 3-4 months and I was on vacation for 2 weeks so I missed the new s5 but now I am back on my level. Your video inspiring me to learn more.
Dont let your memes be dreams
I need more great videos
TGK Killer Thursday 👀
