She says "it was on sale", but in all honesty, pappardelle pasta is one of the BEST pastas to use for a dish like this! It soaks up all that sauce, and holds it with a thickness that is absolutely delicious!!!! She did an incredible job!!!

But I am sure this beautiful lady isn't eating like this every single day she making a special meal💕💞 And props ton her because unlike most americans, she is at least cooking and not eating a frozen meal or take out which are not only full of fats and sugar but tend to ALSO have so much artificial flavors and preservatives & overly processed..... Yes the cheese...cream...butter..it's ALOT of fat in one meal ..plus some fat from the steak ....and this was very beautifully plated but I can't see using the same three seasonings for every componant...good steak of course doesn't need much more than good salt & freshly ground pepper...but how about some fresh garlic in Alfredo sauce ...some fresh herbs on the seafood...
I feel you Homegirl. I look at pictures on menu at restaraunts and feel the food should taste like the picture and often times it does not. The problem is I am not satisfied till I get that feeling and so will make it myself. Good job
