- Welcome to my kitchen, where today, we're whipping up a hearty Pasta Casserole that's sure to satisfy any craving. We'll start by boiling up some pasta, adding a teaspoon of salt to the water for flavor. Once cooked, we'll layer it with a savory mix of minced meat seasoned to perfection. A creamy egg mixture adds richness, topped with a generous sprinkle of cheese for that irresistible golden finish. While our casserole bakes, we'll prep a fresh salad with cherry tomatoes, red onions, avocado, and mozzarella cheese, dressed in a zesty olive oil and lemon juice vinaigrette. Our casserole is ready! Let's dish it up and dig in for a delicious meal. Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe for more tasty recipes. Happy cooking!

Putting oil in your pasta water, is a "no no" ! it may help your pasta to keep from sticking, but it will also keep anything from absorbing into the pasta. You don't need oil. Frequent stirring will keep your pasta from sticking ! Forgo the oil. Your pasta dish will turn out much better without it ! You want your pasta to absorb all the goodness from the sauce you have made.
Tout à fait, en ce qui concerne l'huile d'olive. Mais le pire, c'est la mayonnaise industrielle, rajoutée à l'appareil 😂
Correct,i made the same point that it's a No,No!
And someone responded with ' She's not an Italian' WTF!! Stupidity is worn like a badge of honour these days!
I concur!
I love the part where you stir to evenly distribute the oil. In the water.
Thank you for the tip.

It is very similar to Johnny Marzetti except that Johnny Marzetti has a mushrooms mixed in with the meat and a can of tomato sauce poured over the top. This version looks very tasty.

Hey from West Texas! It's 2:30 a.m. and I'm ravenoud AND I've been on a diet for almost 6 months.... No pasta, no bread, no white flour anything, no sugar....... So this looks FANTASTIC but, of course, can't have it. I've got to lose this weight. It's killing me. But this would be great to have for if my kids ever come see me!!
Good girl 👍
Are you here watching food porn like I am? We are on the same diet I think…😂

I suspect artificial intelligence since she has a silky smooth voice and mispronounces common words. This isn't what one would expect out of a home kitchen. Additionally, putting oil in pasta stops any absorption of seasonings.
I was told one time the same thing to never ever put oil into noodle water, cause nothing will stick to the noodles.
You are right !
It's "voice" is really creepy ... ""Friends, I'd be happy if you'd LIKE" .... Euuuuw 🤢 I watch this w/o. sound. I FF "it"". .... Four and a half mins into vid we are layering cooked pasta and hamburger. and scrambling eggs and cheese atop 🤣 who doesn't know how to chop vegs for salad ?? BLOCK AI DUMBING-DOWN common-sense 😅 common-sense
They r replacing human with AI everywhere which is so scary
Gee, I've always spilled a drop of olive oil into pasta so the noodles wouldn't clump. Who knew? Not me. I'm going to try your way. Is putting oil in my water the reason pasta always tastes better the next day? It has time to absorb the flavors making it yummier?
From Gaffney, South Carolina! Looks amazing. Nice to have a pasta casserole without tomato sauce. I might try using sage sausage and beef combination. Thank you for the recipe.

Italians never add Olivio to Pasta Water, It's not necessary!!
She's not Italian...duh.
@@Jasona1976 Cooking is cooking& Baking is baking! It doesn't matter where it from!
@@jerryoshea3116 That is just your opinion, Julia Child. Now go back to bed.
@@Jasona1976 It's the common approach in Italy! Not my rule, but there's! But if u want to cook s##t Pasta that's fine!
I am glad that I have now met the cooking god (or jackass as the case may be). Everyone has their way of doing things. Just because it doesn't meet your ideas, doesn't make it wrong. Thank the lady for her recipe or go someplace else!

I saw a video where the pasta was cooked in the sauce. They said cooking pasta in water also prevents the pasta absorbing the sauce.
I'm from Christchurch New Zealand, thank you for sharing.
I think it needs cheese in the layers, such as ricotta, like a lasagna would have. And, yes, it needs some tomato sauce or something! And i just ate a salad kind of like that this evening!!!
not everything needs tomatoes
