    Cheese Vegetable Bread
    Dough:
    250g all-purpose flour + for dusting
    125ml warm milk
    25g (2 tbsp) sugar
    5g (1-1/2 tsp) instant dry yeast
    1 tsp salt
    1 large egg, beaten.
    56g (4 tbsp) softened butter/margarine
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a sticky dough. Cover
    for an hour.
    Filling:
    Carrot, grated.
    Spring onion, finely chopped.
    Green beans or other vegetables
    Cheese (mozzarella or hard cheese)
    Parsley leaves for decoration
    The amount is moderate to fill the dough.
    Egg to apply before baking
    For bread that uses vegetables,
    it is recommended to consume it on the same
    baking day (room temperature).
    Store in the freezer after slicing for up to 2 weeks
    or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
