I am putting in a new alternator and battery. Then will start sending and working on the outside. So happy to see anyone restoring these good ole trucks!

Best thing I have done on my Dodge diesels is place micro light bulbs in Dash bezel to the rt and lf of the column for turn signals. HO 1:87 LIFE-LIKE SLOT CAR 3mm Grain LED Bulb with leads BRIGHT WHITE 10 PCS $6.95 (EBAY) My hearing is getting worse and hate driving with turns on. Absolutely loved this video mostly because I treasure these trucks so much

Mine is sun baked and they don’t make a product that truly makes them look new again. I bought a repop and ended up getting my money back. It flat did NOT fit. So I’m not ordering one till I know it’s going to fit. Did you paint yours or replace it?

Just depends on the vehicle I use nason a lot but you get better coverage and use less paint with better quality paint. Look into dyna coat paint.
