I love Gary Frank's art, but even more than that, I love that Geoff Johns brings a genuine Silver Age sensibility to these modern Superman stories. Instant classics.
I've been waiting for this material to come out in oversized format. Im not a huge superman fan but these are by far my favorite superman stories. And Franks art is amazing.

I was so glad to add this book to my collection. As soon as it came in I couldn't put it down. And you're right Jess,New Krypton should have an omni already ,maybe one day. Btw I think everyone gets the same card 😂. Peace and love
I'm buying this soon. I've already exhausted my budget with the two Fear Agent anniversary editions & upgrading to the Geiger hardback. I've got the Legion stories in floppies & the Brainiac story in a hardback. I don't have Secret Origin so this will My first time reading it when I purchase it. Green Lantern: The Sinestro Corps War Absolute is coming back in print & Scalped is getting an Omni come Fall. So that's what I plan on getting in the next couple of months, plus the Batman: Son of Batman Absolute.
