Really liked Kryptonite ! Up graded to the Deluxe Edition, and even got an ad poster for it given to a local comic shop back then ! And, this does look like a wonderful book !

I'm glad you get a bit of Neal Adams where they just kept to the original coloring when they went through and cleaned up the issue. Hopefully you and the rest of us will rejoice in most or all of it being done this way eventually.
The videos are high quality overviews, I think, and I'm happy, but since you asked: another thing that I've wanted to see you do for hardcovers for a while now is show the eye of the binding. Maybe, like, open up the book midway and turn the book's eye towards the camera, that's probably the easiest. I think you used to do this in a couple videos from way back.
Speaking of binding, this book looks like it has no gutter loss and opens up good. Also impressed with how the colors pop so beautifully no matter what era it showcases. And on what looks like matte paper, too, which I thought publishers would try to avoid when reproducing more contemporary coloring, but, goddamn, if they can make it look this good why'd they ever bother with the glossy pages. Like, the stuff from 15:00 onwards is just... wow. The fidelity in the contrasts and highlights amazes me.

Very difficult to believe this wasnt released at least as a stabdard hardcover.
I didn't want to say anything negative about it on the video but I agree with you 100%. And that would've gotten us nicer paper!

I really don't like they skipped over the great tomasi superman stuff just to jump ahead to bendis superman stuff which was so bad and garbage in my opinion. :)
