Please if a patient weight is 73 kg weight loss is 10 kg since is in kg i know is a score of 2 but my question now is how do I locate the 10 since is in kg. I thought it will be in same line with the weight. Please answer me incase if i see this type in the exam. Thank you please if possible show me where you located the 10 kg

I have a question regarding the step 3 that says acutely ill and not eaten for 5 days and has no plans to eat. Now, u say both must be present for it to be given 2. However I've asked around and done like 5 different mocks, I use to see only one of the options which is not eating, its only once that i saw acute and not eating together in a scenario. All the times I've been seeing that not eating for more than 5 days, its usually given a 2 and its marked correct. Now u are saying both must be there for it to be a 2. What shd i take now? Are u saying if i see that patient has not eaten for 7 days and nothing was mentioned regarding acute illness, i shd give it a 0? Pls clear me.

Is entirely dependent on either is admission based or community based in.. admission based acute disease will always be mentioned but in the community it may or not apply ..check the MUST tool from Bapen.org.uk for full details. Also remember the mocks most teaching company’s provide sometimes is not a true reflection of the real exams situation ,be mindful what questions you solve from them and don’t be over-reliant on them. Some people have failed because the questions they used in practicing.

The weight loss usually calculated over a period of 3 months or more .. per the figures you have given assuming that is the weight loss is for the last 3 months then the score is going to be zero ..ie using the graph 📊 that will be provided to you

No. U will not. Only the bmi paragraph, weightloss paragraph, the scenario. U won't have that paper that has the step 1, 2,3, 4 and 5. It's expected that u will know it

@@odunzejoy3719 you were suppose to know it off head as is suppose to be but most of the centers provide it now , that used not to be case ….however is it advisable you read and know everything on that sheet off head just incase they don’t give it to you
