Different medications can have different times required to be given even if both of them are TDS

Hello, if you are not giving a due medication due to the codes 1-9, do you have to record this on the last page of the MAR chart in the ommitted/delayed doses section? or is that only for code 10

can I document my name on page 2 at the beginning when I start reading out my prescription just to save time? does it have to be only when I've given meds?

Hi ,if patient is allergic do we still have to read the drug,(dose ,time or prescribers names etc )?
NO IF PATIENT IS ALLERGIC, READ THE DRUG NAME AND OMIT , NO NEED TO READ THE REST AND SAY THAT YOU WILL ESCALATE TO DOCTOR

Hai mam…In PRN medication,if patient is complaining pain but already taken pain medication 1 hour befor..so in this case do I need to vomit PRN column and put code or simply I can leave? Could you plz rply?
No need to code PRN drugs.

Read it in full for first page, but for all other page just read only the patient name to confirm that all pages belong to same drug chart.
