Absolutely love your videos, of all the videos I have watched to get more education on my scoliosis and back issues, yours are by far the most informative and the visuals are epic. Thank you so much. I signed up for your program last week. I’m on day 4.
The exercise is the glute bridge,it fixed my lower back pain after one month twice a day 10 reps each.Hold each lift upright for about 5-7 seconds then come down slowly breathing in between.
I used the program for 1 month and it 98% improved pain from a pinched nerve in lower back. I was a non-believer converted to mostly pain-free believer.

Super clip that explains how the increase in spinal curvature resulting from anterior pelvis tilt (APT) causes lower back pain - and by strengthening the abdominal and the glute muscles, this tilt can be reduced/ with alleviation of the lower back pain! Does strengthening of the abductor and adductor muscles - by using a popular sit down machine in gyms - help with reducing the APT? And any other strength training machines in gyms that would also be useful? In addition to bridges and side plank exercises. Thank you so much - your clips are absolutely invaluable 🌺😌
So it's important to maintain as neutral of a posture as possible then? Im 25 and just learning how to manage lumbar disc bulges. Keeping my lumbar spine in extension was how understood that I'm supposed to correct my bulge, by putting pressure on the discs away from the spinal canal.

Do you recommend any exercises to put the pelvic back in place? You mentioned a program is this something we have to purchase?
Yes, he has a "Core Balance" program where he teaches you the exercises needed to strengthen your back to improve or eliminate back pain.
@@leaannsavage2231thank you, where can I find it please?
Does having weak & access abdominal fat aggravate APT ?
You don’t mention lordosis. The spine is curved so much I don’t see how the anterior pelvic tilt can be corrected.
It's really as simple as retraining the correct muscles and then strengthening them in a balanced way
Well, inlike other I have pelvic tilt and SI popping so I run in the egg/chiken paradox: pelvic tilt exercices will stress SI joint :) f*ck me !
