really good materials used in this house . didnt cut corners .. ✔️floor to ceiling glass window at least 13ft , ✔️powder coated glass frame, ✔️ceiling ducted air conditioner to hide the air cond, ✔️dual integrated refrigerator ✔️ floor to ceiling backsplash tiles in wet kitchen ✔️ floor mounted spotlight and floor mounted electrical power socket ✔️2 x 1500l (looks like 1500 litre to me, correct me if im wrong ) cylindrical stainless steel tank ✔️ merbau timber flooring
Too many glass windows, not suitable for the climate in Malaysia. It will be hot most days even with the curtains on, and mosquitoes leaking in during the night.

It's nice and all but do you really need a big ass window for all the rooms and floors? Even the master bedroom has a lot of windows and 0 walls. I don't feel safe with windows even if the curtains are shut off, where's the privacy?

At 13.8m you could get a superb property in the new york with superb view (4m). This one is just a square building, with no view, no dynamic shape, mechanism or etc and surrounded with other properties.

im not sure about privacy statement since neighbours can peek over shoulder-height wall, sliding glasses with curtains, open the main entrance for ventilation etc. why main entrance at the side when you have 'daily' entrance at the front? your guests need to walk longer to main entrace when they can see the 'real entrace' in front of them. and the 'wooden' colour equitments (fridge etc) didnt match with glass, steel main features of the bungalow. the nice are the LG floor and metal threads. but the space behind metal threads empty.no access into it
