Вставка
- Опубліковано 4 сер 2024
- This is how the legendary relic hunter's good class bungalow looks like.
Situated on a land size of 26,642 sq ft, this huge good class bungalow is modelled after Chang'An, the ancient capital of the Tang Dynasty.
The owner took a total of 4 years to built this castle with 100 of trailers to move every relic into the house.
Watch on to find out about what this castle entails! Give us a thumbs up and share if you have been mind-blown!

I can see myself being extremely paranoid having guests over and after the leave, I would run downstairs and make sure no one stole one of my $10,000 bricks
Haha. Your friends won't need to steal such item. ^.^
Steal alr also won’t realise
@@spacebar123 PRECISELY
I'll take home some of those Tang artifact pieces stuck on the outside walls and maybe a bottle of his vintage wine......lol
better make sure no one living in your basement
1 basketball court = 4700 sqft
100 basketball courts = 470 000 sqft
Built-up area of house = 34,000 sqft
Don't simply anyhow whack one number.
Around 11 acres of land. 😅😅
Hahahaha yeah🤣🤣
Tf ur math LOL
this is a bunch of money face agents that have no taste
I believe that it can be, as built up count only indoor area.
Read the comments - it's the most entertaining part of this video.
Owner fatal mistake is to get this bunch of bengs as presenters.
Didnt understand the slang, so I looked it up.
showTranscriptions. Ah Beng (Chinese: 阿明) is a stereotype applied to a certain group of young Chinese men in Southeast Asia, particularly Singapore and Malaysia, who display common characteristics such as having dyed hair, wearing loud fashion and being less educated.
TOTALLY AGREE !!! 😂😂😂😂😂
@@mr.h3603 hahaha yesss
Ahaha so true
This is the funniest comment on UA-cam !!
its the funniest joke, so it doesnt mean that I agree with the comment. :) great effort guys, like the enthusiasm.
poor presentation by the team, i felt that they were over exaggerating and ruining the entire video. no thoughts on the various appliances used were being mentioned. all i heard was how much flex the owners have regarding the numerous ‘historical’ items they had. they only showed the ‘highlights’ but what about the common bath rooms? the common room part you guys only mentioned there were 4 bedrooms but how do they even look like? how would i be able to imagine and plan how i would used my furnitures in the future? also, no brief information on the surrounding district such as schools, malls etc. the presenters have poor vocabulary skills . they used the same words over and over again. lack of details and poor presentation. such a turn off.
I beg the diff. I actually watched till the end. His speeches is so much better than the propertybrotherlim which it's such a turn off whenever they started to speak.
空孫武 hmm, i guess we all have different frequencies which speaks and soothes our ears
Pronounced as “all” and not “or”.
@Ambrose Yeo
LOL Talk as if you got the money to buy.
it was INTERESTING you mentioned it
Lion statues? For $63 million I want the Merlion in my yard.
for comedic value 😭😭😭
More like a museum than a house. Bet my history teacher would love this
Sounds like property agents selling HDB trying to pitch a good class bungalow to the mass market buyers. The whole presentation was not properly planned. It is understood that Good Class Bungalow are huge in size, emphasising BIG and BIG is it necessary? That is the reason why only a small handful of top agents qualify to market this kind of property to the Ultra High Network. If I am the owner, I will be shaking my head. This is not the way to sell to a UHNW prospect. And too many chefs spoil the broth. Long way to go bros. 🤦🏻♂️
It also brings public attention to the property. Ppl are going to ask who bought it. A CNA or home decor publication would do more justice to the property. To the content creators credit, the video/camera shoot is not bad tho.
tbh the interior abit underwhelming for a 63mil house
@shiz Goes to show that money can't really buy you taste...
I don’t see it as a bad thing though. A lot of wealthy people are overly flashy in their design, and in a way this owner cares more about the relics than the flashy interior design?
@@kac0809 true.the owner is prob frm the merdeka era.like birthplace frm Chinatown type of guy
Its singapore bro, to have a bunglow you're already damn rich, to have a bunglow like this IN singapore, you're bloody rich dy
Probably alot of the value comes from land size
So just FYI for some of you who may be wondering.
In the video, it was not made explicitly clear the artefacts were from the "Tang Dynasty City Theme Park" that was situated in Jurong during the 90s.
The presenters used "Tang Dynasty Palace" during the presentation at certain points which made it even confusing.
And no, they were not from the actual Tang Dynasty Palace in China which was destroyed almost a thousand years ago!
Some little research I have done to see how these artefacts were used in the past at the theme park
The two lion statue - ua-cam.com/video/kIP94LfNDm8/v-deo.html - ua-cam.com/video/kIP94LfNDm8/v-deo.html (0:05)
The tiles on the wall in the wine cellar room - ua-cam.com/video/kIP94LfNDm8/v-deo.html (0:20)
The relics outlining the outer facade - ua-cam.com/video/RmXo4HO8IJQ/v-deo.html (4:08) / Not too clear, but could be those on the bridge.
Another interesting thing:
The wordings on the old bencoolen st metal staircase states: 星架... A commonly used wrong spelling of 新加坡 before the official naming was introduced. In Cantonese 星架坡 (Seng-Gah-Por) sounds a lot similar to our English pronunciation of Singapore than the Cantonese version of 新加坡 (Sun-Kah-Por)
this is excellent. thanks for sharing!
So they lied to us? And i was just about to take out my chq book.
Wow!! Thank u so much! I was so confused when I thought they meant 唐朝 like 唐太宗🤣
So what they were referring to is 唐城 opposite Superbowl ...
Thanks for this . Also this GCB is not modelled after Chang An as per mentioned in comment text below video. It is the theme park that is so, and the 100 trailers is for moving the items out of the theme park. Not into the house. www.edgeprop.sg/property-news/relic-hunter%E2%80%99s-good-class-bungalow-sale-63-mil
Typical "ah beng" property agent. They try to Convince, later Confused and finally Con you into buying.
i expected the mahjong table to be at least electronically operated.

@Wolfie Alpha Grey OK pls reserve. I'm serious buyer here. can meet at Woodlands to pass me the key at 1am two weekends from now? COD ya thanks.
I'm a student... $100 ok?
Amazing historical artifacts built around the house but it lacks the cozy home feeling...
They do be trynna build tomb
An honest comment, nice. Yeah it’s amazing, I can’t really say it’s not built right cuz I don’t own 60+ million dollars lol, but this feels more like a museum or warehouse than a home.
@@purplemonkeys11 Agree with you.
Most of the huge houses are just not so nice. Very cold or clinical or like an art gallery.
Too much dark here and there marbles or slabs or walls or, very very dated from the 80s and 90s.
The nicer interior design and decoration are some from condominiums and HDB units.
I am biaised though. My preference is towards The Hamptons, light filled room designs, lived-in home look and practical which I see a lot in Pinterest, UA-cams, Houzz.com.
Ummi Ramli yeah definitely. Without expert opinions, I think as you get more towards the “ultra” luxury price range of houses its just too hard to make things practical. many times these 50+ million dollar homes have to add really crazy things that are not realistic just to justify the listing price. On the other hand, maybe some owners know that selling a ultra luxury property is almost impossible so they just decide to customize to their specific liking without caring about other peoples preferences.
Regular condominiums and even regular luxury homes in the 1-10 million price range definitely have to feel practical as this price range attracts buyers who still “technically” have to work for their money and see properties as investments. I doubt (again without expertise) that a billionaire really thinks he can get much investment out of a home that cost him 100 million to buy.
House of Horrors! Looks like an awfully sad place to live ..
Great design but bad taste in decor.
Good money doesn’t always equal to good taste.
People with this amount have a different taste from us peasants😂🤣
Agree 100%
Yeah lacks... hmmm....elegance? Class? Can’t put finger on it.
Its very intricate up to a point where peasants like yall cant see the beauty.
A china man trying to be tasteful. Please get rid of the two lamp posts. One is bad enough. This has two.
I didnt even finish watching this video and not even halfway through im like "let's check out the comments section" haha 😆 the comments section is prolly more interesting than the 'house' if you can call it a house... cause from the outside i thought it was a shopping centre and the inside just looks like a museum 😂 well, good luck to the owner selling and maintaining it 🤣
Zinger Burger bruh have you seen the mansions on Home & Decor??? This mansion tho is just tasteless. No fore vision.
Yes agree, quite ugly. Wasted to already spent so much on it....
I think this guy presenting is not very good. He's just trying too hard to sell the "good" points, but missing the point totally.
The main feature of this whole house is that simple humble mahjong table. Love it
can you ask the owner if they need an art therapist or an english tutor
I bet I can have a mistress living in the same house and my wife won’t even notice 😬
That was the most epic comment ever. I love it. And what’s funnier is it’s probably true. You can hide a mistress or two and without your wife ever knowing
and now imagine your wife doing the same thing
It can house 8 mistresses and the wife still won't find out.....
Why mistress when you can have 3 young wives and they all obedient to you(r money)

largest lion statues in Asia? I've seen larger ones in some other temples lol, bro why you keep exaggerating everything la
The Merlion is way bigger too......
Ikr
Largest at home kept! Not temple... hahaha
Need to work on the script... Too repetitive in a sense. Stop telling how much each brick costs, but instead how the bricks elevate the whole interior.
Anyway, the house is proof that money can't buy taste.
Well...taste is subjective but yea kindof underwhelming
IT IS BIG. BIG. MASSIVE.
Please get a life. Not very young men in their 20s is ah beng. Just because ur hair comb up doesn't mean u gangster. Maybe get out of ur little hut and see the world more. Thanks.
This house is soooo over the top.. my dream house is shaking.. actually.. my dreams can't even!! 😩
Looks like a good place to shoot a horror movie
Parasite 2 - SG edition
Colossal ugly ness
i used to be a locations manager, the asking rent to shoot ur movie(if the owner even allows), will blow your entire budget XD

Kinda of weird when you have all the expensive stuff but a normal looking mahjong table haha
yeap, expected it to be even more luxurious, but mehhh
'normal' mahjong table for 'normal' guest, hi-tech luxury MJ table for 'special guest', laaa

The gardenyard remind me of Parasite's house .
Exactly!
My sentiments exactly
Yes omg
Same. I was thinking maybe its an asian thing lol
The kitchen island is so huge, it should be called a kitchen continent 😂
yes it indeed is really well equipped
At least explain the Architectural layout, the concept , show us floor plans and sections (if possible). Architectural vantage view , what can I see if I step on this platform. If I stand at that space, what can I look out and appreciate. Instead of using words like amazing, epic, interesting. Thanks.
I can’t even afford the maids to clean this place
Timothy i bet there are hundreds of secret cameras around 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I'm pretty sure the lion outside HSBC Hong Kong is larger than the one in that garden...
I think the one at ngee Ann city is also bigger
Iirc HSBC HK lions are bronze/copper not stone

@@samwong4155 "Fun Fact: These two statues currently hold the record of being the largest lion statue in Asia" - he said
@@JasonChiu8 ya. His primary school record book. Hahha.
U need to step up ur vocabulary... A 63 million dollar mansion, epic is all u can say?
63 us waaaaay too much...14 is it's real wortg
Its Singapore....one of the most expensive property on earth. So 63 is a steal.
I'd take it. Now...where to get 63 M? Mmmmm
The largest lion statue is outside MGM Macau. What a joke these ah bengs
There is only one word to describe the rooftop and you chose spacious??? How many times epic, meticulous and legendary were used?
this just shows that he didn't get anyone to write a script and that vocabulary is not a requisite to sell houses.
Challenge: Take a shot of vodka each time he says epic and legendary. Last person standing wins.
Play ML too much
"Okay this is epic."
I wanted to point this out too
Am I the only one who doesn't fancy a large mansion? I feel like there's a lot of space unused and frankly unattractive. I prefer those small but super cosy type.
Yea a mansion without a soul is soulless. Without people, it attracts spirits
how broke people think
Poor men's mentality...it is easy for poor men to dismiss the things they can't afford as "undesirable". Rich men worry about their interests only AFTER ensuring they can afford them.
In this context, you only worry about whether you want it after you aquire the 63mil. Only then, will your words have weightage.
khaos mue not true. For example when u are not hungry u can still plan for what food u want to eat later on. Same concept:)
The owner can live just in Masterbedroom... Plus kitchen, it is home...
The most epic part is them needing 4 people to give a tour of the property lol
The agent is going to laugh all the way to the bank if this deal is successful.
I like how the antique decors are being displayed.✨✨✨
I live in my legendary & majestic 2 bedroom hdb home & my heart never felt more epic & full about it too
I like how every agent is so excited. They are like kids in a theme park. Just wah wah wah all the way......hahaha
Spot on! Haha
bondbabe The excitement looks too unnatural...
I believe it ARC Studio and not Arch Studio which designs the house.
Jervis NG! If I had money I would go broke because of this man. He knows how to display a house!
hide and seek in this house is going to be EPIC night at the museum vibes
also epic when they brake one of those antiques and is going to be trapped down there forever working their butts off XDD
Imaging all the lights being off and you and your other friend playing hide and seek in ther. Only you 2 at home then suddenly something drops :)) Omg this place is perfect for horror movie

space not utilised well enough. not very homely feel too..
such a beautiful, amazing house. thank you for sharing....
Dope episode bro...keep them coming!
I can't imagine this is 100 basketball court but thanks for such magnificent insight! Great content!
Thank you for the kind comments :)
I love how he said “after a stressful day. You can relax in your jacuzzi” Stressful? If I had a castle this big, I can guarantee you I wouldn’t be stressed at all.
Love this ! ❤️
Thanks for sharing the video it's such and amazing and lovely home.
Damn I didn’t expect the basement would look like that😳
Personally, think people should venture into trading since the economic meltdown, having one stream of income is not really a good idea cause your job doesn't secure your financial needs
Well I totally agree with you
Investment in crypto currency is the wisest,
Investing in this economy crisis will be one of the best thing to do this year.
The highest paying investment with the lowest barriers of entry is option trading If you know how to trade, you can make a ton of money no matter where you find yourself.
Please have been trading for a while and i dont seem to make profits. Only losses
This house owner's son is so rich but yet he's so humble and polite and well mannered plus he's handsome.
The most epic!
The most legendary!
The most kiasu build....EVER!
The house is epic but it is not a place where I can call it home. But still this is an amazing video keep up the good work!
i find it strange that so much money is spent on the house but the fence is wire-fenced? i would have built solid wall fence high enough for complete privacy and noise reduction from the streets if i have crazy money to own a house like this :D
im watching this while eating my cup noodle .... i love my life
Love the comments here (more interesting than the vid). The best I’ve seen, “Money can’t buy taste!”
The house has a very specific theme, the other buyers have to love this concept, otherwise the $63M would be for the land and location, not to mention heavy remodelling required. It's being sold at the assumption the new buyer loves this concept.
I need an uber to go to the bathroom
Wowwww amazing👍
This youtuber is underrated. His videos are nice.
How are some of those walls taken from "Tang Dynasty Palace" since the actual palace was destroyed in AD 904? Will you also throw in the time machine as part of the sale?
They were referring to the Tang Dynasty Park in Jurong...but fail to mention the word Jurong Singapore.
To be honest, the interior colours of the house looks chaotic. I wonder if each room of the house was designed by different people.
Can't imagine got such unique house in Singapore!
Came here from from watching Sneakysushi to have a laugh. Wasn't disappointed.
NParks should check when the huge ivory got into Singapore.
NParks is the contractor maintaining that house garden leh
@@dhinannambiar9888 are you serious? link?
You can keep ivory if it was imported into Singapore before 1990.
Honestly I found this so fun to watch! I can’t even imagine what it took to build. Thanks for the video. I liked the energy of the presenters.
Amazing😍
So beautiful
Epic! Big, very big! Massive! Amazing, absolutely amazing! Legendary! ...Anyway, why is it called Good Class Bungalow?
To divide the society into different class. In Singapore, they use terms like upgrade, executive condo, private condo, bungalow, semi D, etc.
Where I live overseas, all we say is move house. We don't need to announce if its upgrade, downgrade or anything
i will take 2 weeks to clean the house, and by the time i am done cleaning, the house is dirty again LOL
Yes...
Thanks for sharing 🌻
Nice!
Kind of ironic to show this at a time when most people are struggling to even pay for their pigeon hole monthly installments.
Nice job! Definitely not all property agents can present on camera..takes a lot of guts, skill and confidence , especially to market a huge intimidating property like this one. Kudos ! Coming from a fellow agent :)
Nice house,love this house
Yes amazing
one basket ball court is 4700 sqft, 26000sq ft is only slightly bigger than 4 basket ball court, not 100 basket ball courts. Is that the way property agents sell property?
Yes! I was wondering too
26642/4700 = 5.67
Maybe canon fairy basketball court. That's why 100.
The presentation seems to fail on various simple fact checks...
The 100 trailers that moved the relics (btw from Tang Dynasty theme park , not the China history Tang Dynasty) is moving things out of the theme park, not into the house. Also it is the theme park that is modelled after Chang An, not this house as per stated in the comment text below the video.... www.edgeprop.sg/property-news/relic-hunter%E2%80%99s-good-class-bungalow-sale-63-mil
this is so EPIC, CRAZY AND AMAZING housing
Wow!
Reminded me of my visits to those Tang emperor tombs in Xi’an. 阴阴沉沉.
I think property Lim brothers will do an awesome job if they are showing the Essence of this house
But they will be like hey guys pro-ber-ty Lim bro-ders here. Maybe that will trigger some people
I’m sorry but the interior of the house looks extremely uncomfortable, those fragile artefacts should not be anywhere near where carelessness can easily happen
Love the Ryan Serhant style thumbnail!
All credits to our team at JNA Media Group :) Thanks for the kind words!
Love this..
this is an example of how much money you can spend to look so cheap.
Property Lim brothers would have done a much more better job with this house
more better ah sial
The subtitles really helped me understand what the dude was saying.
The car lift made my jaw drop!
This house smells like my Chinese grandma. but damn soooooo goood
its not a castle, its not a mansion, its not a bungalow this is some great museum. loved the art.
yes the art pieces are really magnificent :)
How much is the utilities per mth with all the machineries inside working ...

Epic epic epic. Most epic dbag I’ve seen in my life
damn tacky... i don't even know what to say
I know what you can say, money can't buy taste 🤣 This house proves it lol
I feel sorry for whoever paid for it
no clear established theme in my opinion. not sure it’s meant to be ‘vintage’ or modern
@@spencerlahh I agree, I found the design a bit inconsistent.
@@rihui90 feel sorry for someone who buys a 63m house? bruh the current owner would feel sorry for you instead
Initially I was impressed by the exterior design and size. The more I look into the house the more unimpressed I am I couldn't even finish the whole vid. The house doesn't seem to have an identity of its own. Too many things thrown into one place which doesn't even blend well together. Call me salty but besides a very traditional Chinese family with deep pockets, I doubt it'll be a 63 million well spent.
It's so true. Expensive house in general but the decor and ID wise is meh. I won't buy it if I have 63 million. I have seen better houses for less than this price
anyone knows what's the name of the 2 similar art pieces in the video?
There are certain parts that really made me go "WOW" but when they mention about bricks and things from the Tang Dynasty, are they just inspired or really from that era?
the whole collections and relics is suitable only for those that have acquired taste some ppl will prefer to convert it to bowling alley or entertainment room instead as not all will like relics and collections it's almost like selling a museum rather than a house lol 70% of the vid keep mentioning those things and I think those things that marked up the price since they keep saying all of these will be included and it's very unique only 2 or 4 of this world haha
very wonderful work done with the presentation. But the design language of the house is so unique that it would cater to a very very niche group of inidividuals who probably love Tang Dynasty. Which leads me to believe that the real estate agents must really be working extra hard to get it off the market. What a pity
Good Luck Jervis Ng.
I love the Kitchen ONLY!
