The trash that’s coming out of the defense attorney mouth is so troubling to me

    Vicious monster .
She was competent enough to work with clients daily, Google murdering coworker weeks in advance, kill Jolene with no witnesses, buy an electric knife cleaning supplies and disposing of a whole person so well the body has never been found.
She had lucid thought process to plan all that, she is in my book certifiably a cruel calculating monster.

This woman is pretending to be crazy. However, she planned everything related to her crime very well.
I am wondering whether these lawyers really believe the innocence of someone before accepting a case or they just want to prove that they are able to win a case for the sake of winning. Some of them are disgusting human beings… unethical and dishonest ( not all lawyers, of course).

Normal people don’t move around and claim different identities for years. This lady is most definitely sick. Do get me wrong, she’s not incompetent. She’s extremely smart. But her mental health is far from healthy.

She's deflecting,,so she won't have to deal with why she is there
NGRI, is,when you don't understand your crime ,,that you did.

Youre right she thought all that out well!
Defense lawyers-Oh they know everything they need to ,to make a good argument and that's so evil.
To defend killers, watch loving heartbroken families suffer for years knowing the truth all along makes them as big a monster as the killer I think.
I wonder if she told them where the body is and wow! Would they keep that to themselves?
I guess that's where asking for a plea deal comes in ..."we'll tell you where the body is for less time ". All so efd up!

So glad they removed her! She is NOT doing herself any favors by lying about her Attorneys being related to victim! Playing crazy insults/belittles/damages those defendants that truly do have MH issues! Wonder what other inmates told her this would work???

I'm sure she's guilty but...... I watched the two videos of Kessler dumping trash in the dumpster and in both cases there is no way a body or even half a body could have been in those two bags. Even if Cummings only weight 80 pounds it would have taken Kessler much more effort to get that amount of weight over the top of the bin.

Wouldn't be awesome if after 20 years or so, the murder victim appeared alive. That would be a great story.

    Why did she kill her?

    • @angelamarie3617
      @angelamarie3617 2 роки тому +1

Supposedly BC Joleen kept texting her boss that the defendent was bossy and negative and there wasn't something right with her and she was going to get to the bottom of it. She probably confronted her and it cost her her life sadly.

@@angelamarie3617 thank you. I started following this case (probably after I watched this) but really the most important thing I learned was… “Jordan Beard is Joleen Cummings cousin!” (Not) 😅
Seriously though, what a tragedy. I will never understand why people become monsters.

The ex husband did it. Tired of paying child support, that's a usual motive.
