Hailey said this is one of her FAVES…let’s test it

- Look what happened 👀putting Hailey’s recco to the TEST! I have had this product in my skincare arsenal for a while now, and am excited to show you just how great it has worked for me. I normally use this the same way I use cicaplast (before moisturizer on my face), but I was testing a new bodycare product in Norway and my skin immediatly reacted badly. I sprayed a bit of thermal water on it, and then applied this product, and waited a few hours.
Immediatly, the itching and burning sensation calmed down for me (it was stinging really badly). It took a few hours for the rest of my skin to calm down, and I think this product helped a ton with the healing process (that’s what it’s for afterall)!
it goes without saying that the before/after results are not altered in ANY way. The after was a few hours later so the sunlight wasn’t as direct, but the reaction went down a ton, and it wasn’t itching or burning anymore.
as always, this is just my personal experience testing products. it may or may not work for you! I also bought this product from @aveneusa myself!
Has anyone tried Rhode skincare yet? I have been using the products for the last month or so and have some thoughts.
Have you tried Cicalfate+ from Avene?

👋 I’m nikki, welcome to my page! I create mostly skincare and beauty content on UA-cam, IG, and TT. I’ve struggled with acne for 10+ years and love sharing my journey testing products, and hopefully saving you money. Any questions, let me know 🫶
Omg girl please help, I've been trying to find the pink headband you are wearing to no avail. Do you know where I can buy one? 🙏
would this work for razor bumps?
Can you also link the products you used
My sister is currently struggling with bad acne so i hope this helps her thanks
👍
“First I applied some thermal water from lerouche Pussy”
Ik not trying to hate I just thought it was funny 💀

LMFAOOOOOOOO omfg
literally was gonna say that 😭😭
😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣girll
I thought I heard wrong 😭
La roche pUssAy 😭💀 HELP-
Grow up! 😂 maybe I should too … 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I love how Hailey is always trying to recommend affordable but worth it skincare
Ikr, she gets hate for everything she do. Poor Hailey.
Ikr
She actually seems like a normal mid 20s woman and I love it

Try a simple aloe gel as well. It has worked for irritation, dry flaky cheeks in winter and also acne textured skin. Layer it with occlusive for the dry skin problem and use it alone at night for the texture problem. It has worked so well with me at dirt cheap price.
I bought a bunch of products from this company for my Mom and my Brother...they have eczema.
From LRP or Avene?
Ohh God they got eczema from the product.. My gosh
@@firstwealthservice7041 they said “they have eczema” not “they got eczema”
@@firstwealthservice7041 eczema is something youre born with and it flares up when you come into contact with triggers
I have eczema and I NEED this
avène products are often recommended by my dermatologist! i get redness and eczema easily because of my sensitive skin, especially when i try new products. i always have this particular cream with me and it hasn't let me down! still, there are many skin types so what works for me might not work for you!
Is It work as well on face?? Or just like your body??
the same goes for me. I have too a sensitive skin and my dermatologist recommended it me too
@@fellicia4620 i use it for my face, when i get rashes typically, but i've used it for dry spots in my hands and it has worked ok!
Acne prone skin?
Hey could you please tell what exactly is this cream called
Like the specific name please?
Hailey must follow skincare influencers cause we’ve known about this for yeaarrs 💅🏼. La Roche Posay’s Cicaplast Baume B5 and Avene’s Cicalfate are 🤌🏼
i didnt knew this for years
Did she just say "La Roche Pwosay"
thats what im thinking
La Roche Posay
Im french and That is correct pronounciation for Avène and almost correct for la roche-posay except u don't pronouce the y..
@@ayababy5010 honey, I do speak French and it's not correct; the correct pronunciation would be something like "posé" ("pozé" for those who do not speak French)
That's what the ads call it 🤷♀️
Literally the only two skincare brands I use. Helped me clear my acne and works very well for my sensitive skin.
I have really sensitive and that product is literally SO AMAZING
These two brands are really good
I love Avene. I stumbled upon their products a few years ago, starting with their thermal spray and then their cold cream. Currently I use this as my moisturizer.. its so great for calming skin down.
Avène is a really solid brand along with LRP. I've used them both for quite a while and they do wonders for me
Cicalfate from Avène is a heading ointment, it's excellent for soothing troubled skin and scars. I even use it at night sometimes to prevent moisture on my face from escaping.
That cicalfate product is pure magic!
That's so true, I used it when I had redness and irritations after using tretinion. And this cream worked like magic !!
I have this! Really good product. In Europe Avene is really popular
Yess
Both of these products work for body and face?
LRP’s Cicaplast is my 💯 go-to when I have skin irritation.
I love la roche posay !!!! Especially that cicaplast b5 balm !!!!! My one elbow was cracked and painful and less then a week later smooth af !!!!
Yeah, it's amazing. It accelerates skin healing and calm irritation 👌👌
Need to try this moisturizer 😩
Love that cream, been using it for years to treat the irritation every time I give into my picking urge
I love french skincare, it’s working so well on me too. Skincare from french pharmaceries is too good, next time I visit france I want to go to their pharmacy 😄❤️
Bariéderm from Uriage is also great for calming down iritation ( like chaffing), though it's very thick in consistency
La roche POSAYY 😭💅✨❤️❤️❤️
I actually have used this product!! I use it on my face as I often get dry or red and it made the biggest and best effect ever, I recommend.
That is a nice and gentle brand. My grandma’s dermatologist recommended that to her because she has sensitive skin
I’m getting it first thing tomorrow for my daughter! Thanks ❤️
Yes! I love it. It's great on my rosacea and so is Avene.
I love Avene cicalfate. I use it every night on my fave and i think my skins looking so nuch nice even with just using it for 2 weeks!! Great product!
Wow! Im buying it now! Thankyou 🙏😊
Thanks for the tips !
Hailey is too good with her own skincare..I trust her recommendations🤍
I was surprised to see this and i can confirm it really does help a lot.
I love Avène and use the thermal water many times every day.
I’ve used that cream for my eczema for ages and it really is amazing!! It calms down my skin so I don’t have to keep using steroid creams
My holy grail!!!! My mom introduced me to this product years ago and I haven’t looked back
Which one is it exactly? I can see 2 that look similar
Oh wow, I need this for my face!!!
Test avene products BEFORE you put it on your irritated skin. I had really bad reactions to multiple avene products :(
Also some LRP burn pretty bad on eczema. Don’t just blindly follow everything you see on social media and test it for yourselves on parts where your skin isn’t as sensitive.
Really? Which lrp product? Because i saw a lot of people with eczema and psoriasis recommended lrp, avene, and bioderma.
Is it different for each eczema case?
@@user-dj4ir6zs6e for lrp it was a body lotion. Not sure which one exactly. There is a thicker one and a fluid. I used them for a longer time but they sting on the parts where my skin barrier is compromised. So no hate to LRP, they produce some good products. I prefer to use CeraVe. For avene it was sone kind of thermal water, an eye cream, a make up or tinted moisturizer. In fact it was the first allergic reaction I ever had. I think I had a reaction with a moisturizer too, but I am not sure.
This doesn’t mean that it will cause the same reaction for you though! Sadly everyone has to try what works for them. Just don’t put it on sensitive areas or worse areas where you already have an reaction just because Hailey Bieber or this TikToker told you to. In fact: even if your doctor recommended it you have to patch test.
And lastly, if you have allergic reactions you should talk to a doctor. This is a medical issue and not something you can treat with cosmetics.
@@MsElectricsurge oh i see..
i agree tho, even if its from doctors we have to try it beforehand. Thanks for the info.
I prefer Bioderma sensibio line for all sensitive skins
That should be a rule for everyone regardless of their skin conditions. Remember that you can always be allergic to something most people aren't.
Ohh! I have very dry skin and this avene cream really helped a lot esp with the redness!
I once had a very big second degree burn scar on my leg and i used this product for about 3 months and now the scar is completely gone it’s amazing
omg i’ve used this since i was like 10😭😭my mom loves it she searched the whole country for it after the pharmacy didn’t have it she bought 4 every 5 month
It’s so amazing, right?
Approved...this product is the bomb
The "boom"? 🤔
... The bomb 💣
it’s an amazing product, my holy grail. and if anyone has acne and they’re scared to try it, don’t worry it non comedogenic.
The creme from Avene is good. I had neurodermatitis when I was 12-13 years old and this was one of the products that actually helped with my irritated skin.
I'm from Europe and I got sunburned really bad these last days. I randomly found that exact tube and oh my goodness it helped me so much!
Yes 36 degrees😯
If you ever get sunburned buy a whole leaf of aloe vera and cut of the thorns then cut it in half and hold it on your skin or rub it it STOPS the Sunburn from like fully showing up! It's insane! Everytime I used IMMEDIATELY after I was sunburned it went away! No redness no peeling!! And if you can put it in the refrigerator to make it cold before hand it's soooo soothing!!
That product really work, i had a burn mark on the face, 2nd degree, and you can’t tell now, it help with irritation, scars,
Skin game of hailey is on point
I did the same. I burned my face with a chemical burn because I left Nair hair removal for face on too long. My skin was raw red with blisters, I looked like I came out of a war-even worse was that I was seeing my ex the day after! So I used dove for sensitive skin to wash, aloe with lidocaine that I kept in the fridge for pain, and then vitamin E oil. It got better real soon, T”G.
I love cicalfate. I work in a few drops of musquet rose oil and it's a magic scar diminishing ointment
It is amazing!!!
I love using Avène, the brand has the best moisturisers, really recommend them!
I’ve been using this product for years works a gem!
I don’t get it - is she testing out the avenè product on her knee or?
just saw your video, and as a person with eczema, my mom has been using cicalfate on me as an infant and toddler and then i started using it myself. the smell is pretty strange, but it does wonders for my skin and always has
As someone with eczema (makes my skin really sensitive to everything!) I swear by natural ,non scented, aloe products- without all the ingredients that make products feel the way they do it feels quite odd! However it is great for daily application to keep away spots and rashes as-well as moisturising the skin. That’s just me though because I can’t use a lot of products due to my skins sensitivity! but maybe that’s good!
I can’t live without my la Roche posay thermal water. I use it to re dampen my face to apply my skin care. Avene has one as well but the la roche posay spray nozzle distributes the water much better.
I’m goin to try then when I get a flare up x
Keep us posted! It helps me a ton with managing itching, redness, and burning
These products are the best.
I swear by Avene cicalfate cream for spot healing for wounds, rashes and any sort of redness or inflammation. I recently got LRp cicaplast baume too, the texture is thinner than Avene one but I feel Avene works better!
If I'm looking at the right product, the ingredients are: Water / Eau (aqua), Caprylic/capric Triglyceride, Mineral Oil / Huile Minerale (paraffinum Liquidum), Glycerin, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Zinc Oxide, Propylene Glycol.
...so it's basically fragrance free diaper rash cream - zinc oxide in a balm/ointment. Zinc is soothing to the skin which is why it's used to diaper rash, and it also keeps the skin dry by repelling moisture. You can also buy it marketed as zinc oxide ointment though it's usually more expensive since it's a smaller tube
This is the Avène Cicalfate cream ingredients:
AVENE THERMAL SPRING WATER (AVENE AQUA). CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE. MINERAL OIL (PARAFFINUM LIQUIDUM). GLYCERIN. HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL. ZINC OXIDE. PROPYLENE GLYCOL. MAGNESIUM SULFATE. MICROCRYSTALLINE WAX (CERA MICROCRISTALLINA). TROMETHAMINE. ZINC SULFATE
This is the CICAPLAST cream by Laroche Posay ingredients:

My sis derma always recommends her avene. Safe to say it's good coz her skin has never been better✨️
I can't live without this product ... Dermaceutic k ceutic is a very useful product as well
I love this podcast ❤️❤️ sad it’s only during ramadan💔
I found La Roche Posay 6 years ago and will never switch to anything else. Avene is great too.
That's the exact routine and products i use for my son's cheeks when he's having an eczema flare up. Recommended by his dermatologist. Been using it since his was 5 months
The doctor recommended it after my c section on the incision. It was really good.
Bought now 😂💕✨
Hope it works as well for you as it does for me!
I would recommend sudocrem it’s really good and it’s like half the price
As french person I can say that they are must have for everybody
Omg my legs are going through the same thing when I sugar waxed!!!! I need to try this
Once my skin got burned after coming to the beach, and yeah the avene cream help me a lot and it calms my skin! Ngl this product is really got for sensitive skin
I love those brands
I use this or the avenue too, but I just have mine too, mineral water a bit of acv and rose water
I use la roche too it is so good
I have Cicalfate, I used it to heal my skin when I removed a Beauty mole with laser and it was fantastic, If I didn't use it I could feel my skin tingly but once I applied would really calm my skin and did not had any pain or anything.
Avène Cicalfate cream is _fantastic_ for acne as well! I've been using it since I'm a teen, if you have a break out, apply it every day and you should see a considerable difference after 2 to 3 days.
Can you use it everyday? If so would it run out fast?
@@Addelynnlouise it can be used everyday, and it may last about three months? That's how long a tube of Avène cream usually lasts for me
@@unrulycrow6299what kind of Cicalfate? Is it Cicalfate+?
@@countesselizabeth I use regular Cicalfate, both as a cream and as a lotion (which is easy to use for spot application), Cicalfate + is just a new formula of the same product for higher efficiency.
@@unrulycrow6299 ohh thanks, because I went to the pharmacy, they told me that they were out of stock and only Cicalfate+ is available.
My skin savior for every skin catastrophe is calendula ointment of Weleda. Always works great & fast.
Lo roche posay products really don't work for me, especially that spring water and make me break out but i realised a LOT of products were completely incompatible for me and gave up on skincare completely, the only time i finally found products that worked was when i started buying korean skincare, since I'm asian, it may be that they're just more suitable to asian skin types. I usually only consider western skincare if its recommended by someone with asian skin type, whether that's south or east asian. I think it's important to note the country you live in and your genetics before choosing skincare.
Avene is nice but la roche posay is the thing that gave me the worst allergic reaction ever! It’s truly so harsh on a sensitive and allergy prone skin 😢
Avene products usually contain petrolatum which breaks me out terribly. La Roche Posay rarely uses petrolatum so I prefer it. The Cicaplast range is fantastic. And cheap.
I'm having a bought of heat rash this summer and it looks similar...I will try this instead of my regular calamine lotion
Avène is a french brand and my my this brand is crazy good. Everything is good and really good for sensitive skin
Literally. Whatever I bought from Avene was working so well and is affordable
where can you purchase it other than online if any ?
Huge la roche possay fan been one for years 😭
I use the exact same product everyday for my irritation so yeah. It works perfectly! :)
Yes I've been using avene for 2 yrs now I started retin a and it was the only product not to burn my face or feel like I rubbed hot sauce all over it
Hailey next in fashion 🥺🥺🥺😌😌
I had a bad allergic reaction to Avene. I recommend La Roche posay instead.
My friend had a allergic reaction to La Roche so she uses Avene now😂 I think it really depends on the person
My son has dermatitis, and his doctor prescribed this product for when it's not controlled. Works very well, tô bad it's expensive in my country.
Ah yes fav skincare product “la rich possay 🥰”
This avene product was prescribed to me by my dermatologist!
Elizabeth Arden _8 Hours Original Cream_ One of the very few high end products that actually is worth every single cent. 🧛🏻♀️🖤
I wish I could get this cuz I’m allergic to dogs and I still have the exact same mark that u showed in this vid and my reaction was like 4 days ago
“Thermal spring water” 😂are y’all paying for spring water in a can?
this is what i found on it: Thermal spring water spray is so much more than just H2O. Thermal spring water comes from natural water sources deep within our mother Earth, which are called hot springs. As water from the deep springs rises, it passes through rocks and soil along the way. Earth’s natural heating processes allow minerals and natural elements to dissolve into the water while it’s passing through the soil and rocks. So, thermal spring water is packed with trace elements, low mineral counts, and has a neutral pH. This superhero, pumped-up version of water can help soothe irritated skin naturally and gently, providing relief for eczema and so many benefits of healing and revitalizing the skin. So it’s no surprise that in this day in age of searching for “natural and organic” options to maintain good health and vitality, thermal spring water sprays are getting renewed attention in the skincare and beauty industry.
@@jbalvinmomsbiggestfan and which of the Elements/minerals are helping to sooth the irritated skin? Do they say anything about it? Otherwise they do Just Claim it without any Proof or explanation, so i am still sceptical
Thermal spring water actually is good for skin and recommended by dermatologists
@@TheSarahskaninchen I think the best thing to use with a neutral ph would be distilled water since it has no other minerals or contaminats .that way you know that what ur using is only H2O molecules and nothing else . Tap water isn't the most "clean" neither is water from bottles even if they are filtered , they aren't pure water .
@@mehnaznoori2073 distilled water would have neutral pH, but that isnt the Same as skin neutral pH which is often used for dermal products. I think normal skin has more Like pH 6 or 5-6, I dont remember exactly. But it definitely isnt the Same as the Standard neutral pH.
I used the same one after laser hair rrmoval with diodine laser. And always using it for my pimples, rashes, goes away after one night, so this is confirmed 👍
Bro I hope this isnt weird but like your skin is super milky and beautiful like its a standard where I live
If you don’t like avene try Embryolisse lait crème concentré. Two products all French girls swear by.
OMG I HAVE IT BC I HAVE REALLY BAD EXCZEMA AND ITS GONE THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT
It’s a great product let me tell u I used to have a lot of acne scars and they were almost gone after barely a week of usage but just a *WARNING:*it’s quite oily so it’s annoying to put it on when it’s hot but you need to put sunscreen over it because it can burn your skin if you expose it to the sunlight
My sister got this cream from her doctor because her skin was irritated, after just a few days her ezcema was getting better, i still have sample that i use before my spot treament! (Im saving to get the real thing)
I never used to use face wash or moisturisers because i never really felt the need to. I have a dry skin but still had a flawless one. But then i started using face washes, masks. Coz it gave a squeaky clean look. And somehow i damaged my skin barrier. And then thr first thing i used was avene this cream. It was some years back. And that was my only saviour. No other products which claims to calm the skin like cica this and that did wonders like this one did. Avene is an amazing brand when it comes to sensitive skin. The best one thag anytjing else
