thanks for this helpful video! I found it because I've been trying to understand why my face is more irritated when I use Avene's compared to others like LRP and Uriage and now it all makes sense- I guess higher the mineral content the better it is for my extremely sensitive skin. My skin is moderately soothed and calm when I use LRP's and a lot more calmer when I use Uriage; when I use Avene it's almost as good as tap water tbh because I barely see results. But guess which one works the best for me? it's called Ivatherm Herculane Thermal Water! I googled and found out their thermal water is from a spa town called Herculane in Romania. I randomly picked it up from a pharmacy because Uriage was out of stock and only this was available, and now I am very pleasantly surprised and have already finished one bottle. Although I am unable to find the mineral composition of this water anywhere.

I have been using all 3 thermal waters mentioned every day for the past 2y and they do make a difference specially in winter time. I have mild to moderate atopic dermatitis, i also recommend to my clients who have inflammatory skin conditions and while i can’t conduct a study on them, they all seem to love it 😂
I love it as well, i definitely see results as well on my skin the look of redness and inflammation is far more controlled when i use it 🤗❤️

Very detailed and informative… please also note the 70% nitrogen in Avene … does that affect in any way? Does it make it cooler?
Nitrogen gas is chemically inert under room condition and non-flammable, which is used as propellant in a pressurised can since it is unlikely to chemically react with the product.
