Thank you so much for doing this free! My kids are really into art but we are homeschooling now and I haven’t had the funds to buy art classes or curriculum so this is a huge blessing ❤
This is Sweet! My kids are starting this today. Thank you so much for your effort to make something like this available to everyone. I am a homeschool mom of 6 (ages 1-12). I live in rural area and have been looking for more resources to grow my kids interests and education. What a great resource and the fact that it's free is such a blessing! Thank you again❤
That’s amazing to homeschool 6 kids! Kudos to you. Truly, that is incredible. They will be so blessed for it! I’m so glad I could be a part of your homeschool journey.
Thank you so much! This is an incredible resource!! What a blessing.
What a great way to learn art from a very talented artist and teacher!
Thanks! 😊
I am a Single Dad, and I was so looking for something exactly like what you are doing! Please keep doing these things!
Thank you so much! I’m so glad you found it useful 😊
Your painting is very beautiful, I enjoyed much and wish your every success. Thanks for publishing such a beautiful work.
Thank you! :)
Thank you so much!!!
Just found your channel. Amazing resource! Thanks for posting.
Great videos, Jenna! How big is your drawing board? What I saw online looked smaller than yours.
I love the lessons. They don’t seem to be numbered. Do you have the sequence listed anywhere?
Thanks, I'm glad you like them! The classes are numbered on the watch screen (underneath the title "52 Weeks of Art Lessons" but I should probably put them in the title. Thanks for reaching out!
I briefly viewed a few of your classes. However, I realized in the playlist they’re not in order. Is it important to do them in order (I’m assuming so)? And if so, what is the order of the classes?
Hi Jane! Honestly, most of the classes can stand alone; however, they do have an order. I'm not sure why they don't play in order on the playlist. I will have to look into that. They are ordered by Week, the week number is underneath the title page on each video "52 Weeks of Art Lessons". Since it has been a source of confusion, I will probably retitle them to make it easier. Thanks for letting me know.
I want my son to do these lessons for homeschool this year. It seems like a great resource. I see that some of the weeks are missing. Can he still understand the lessons and follow along without the missing lessons?
All 52 weeks have been uploaded and should be there. Let me look into why you are not able to find them.
@@jennalaytonart7909 When I look at the playlist weeks 5, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 44 are missing.
@@jennalaytonart7909please we hope to see more like this too in your future. Keep your love of art alive! ❤❤
What age(s) is this course designed for?
Hi Michele! Thanks for your question. I have a 9 year old that is able to do most of the lessons without any help (she is a pretty capable 9-yr old) and I also have adults that do them along with their kids. I would say the perfect age is probably 12+ but with some help, younger kids could do them. If they start feeling frustrated because the demonstrations go pretty fast, you can slow the videos down in settings or pause and rewind.
It will problem take two weeks to start so I can get supplies
I would just use what you have at home! The supplies are more of a suggestion.
