May I suggest you add lime juice to the mashed avocado and I’m thinking..wrapping the uneaten wraps tightly in Saran wrap then foil or parchment paper, Worth a try.😊 Chef Jack Ovens is the best.🙏🏻

Because like I said in the video you can swap out the ingredients to make it your own. The bacon is easily swapped for turkey, sausage or chicken mince. You can add potatoes, make guacamole, add potatoes. There’s a lot you can change to suit your needs

The most annoying thing about avocados is that they’re never ready. I everytime I go to the store to find some they’re always too firm and I have to wait for them to soften to use them.
Weight loss is calories in vs calories out. If you want to lower the calories use center cut bacon, six whole eggs with six egg whites, and/or a lower calorie wrap.
You can even replace the bacon with mince seasoned with cayenne and paprika - that's what I do for my meal prep burritos (though I'm working off a pretty different recipe that doesn't use avocado, uses potato bites, etc)
Few notes for lower cal options Split eggs 50:50 with egg whites Use cottage cheese instead of milk to make the eggs creamy Turkey or chicken mince instead of bacon Not so much avo, or turn it into guacamole with tomato and onion to bulk it up for less cals Also no mayo that shit got like a million cals in it
Stop focussing so much on fat and start focussing more on reducing carbs/sugar and increasing protein. Fat has been demonised for a long time now when sugar is the real enemy. Increase fat and protein, you stay fuller longer and long term you reduce the number of calories you consume.

No because the right wrap will prevent it from oxidation. You can add a little bit of oil or lemon or lime juice to it
