You could use bolthouse farms caesar dressing if you don't feel like mixing your own dressing. It's a yogurt based dressing and has 2.5 fat, 4 carb and 2 protein per 30 grams. And it tastes exactly like the real stuff. This looks awesome though will def be giving it a try
Enjoy all your high protein meal prep ideas with the macros. You are my go to for high protein meals. Looking forward to try the wraps going into summer.
I made this and ended up with 8 medium wraps + still more extra chicken and lettuce! Thinking of having those with rice since I'm out of tortillas. Two wraps had me plenty full for dinner. Thanks for making cooking fun, easy, and yummy! 😊💕
How will you get through 8 medium wraps in 3 days? That's the only thing stopping me trying this, it looks delicious but I think I'll have to cut the size down.
@@gnack420 In the end I needed 3 wraps instead of 2 to be full, and I had them back-to-back for lunches and dinners. But yes, it was still a lot! The final portion wasn't very fresh/appetising by the time I got to it so I threw it out.
I watch a looking of Cooking YT and like most people I don’t make that many of the recipes. For maybe the first time ever I watched this earlier today, went shopping and then made a chicken Caesar wrap for lunch. And it was fantastic (I went a little overboard on the garlic, but otherwise it was terrific). This is going on my lunch rotation.
Yum, this looks delicious. I love Caesar salad your dressing recipe is great too. I’m never buying store bought again. I like wraps. I might just have to make this one on this menu plan for the week. I’m sure I heard 🦻🏻 a sneaky whisper ☺️ nice meal prep video Chef Jack
These are awesome! I made them minus the anchovies, but I grabbed some anchovies today and I'm going to do a taste test to see which I like better. AND I got my cookbook today. It is gorgeous! I haven't bought a cookbook in years, and this is by far my new favorite.
I love how Jack tries to please all his watchers by both saying out loud the cracked black pepper amount AND also whispering it 😄. Also, I'm so excited. I just got a notification that my cookbook was shipped and arrives this Wednesday 🤩
Jack, I would love to see you produce I think you called them Macro cards or recipie cards of your nice easy recipies that you could sell as packs and an easy storage container for people to keep them in and something like letter labels they can be seperated in and people can buy the pack from you for their collection and include freezer friendly meals, please
@@quack437 I like that idea for several situations. Not with a heavy hand because of ingredients., add to beef stew, chili 🌶️, baste my beef filets with while they are searing.

@@jeffg2217 24g of fat is a lot for anyone who would actually be serious about meal prep. Ideally you're wanting meals that have 10g of fat or less per meal, unless you have a crazy high metabolism of like 5000 calories per day and can afford more fats, but even then, most people serious about it would rather spend those calories on carbs. The fats aren't needed.
Please stop using onion powder and garlic powder - they are not something I can buy in my country and I keep finding myself watching your recipies less and less. The fact that you are using a 250 euro giant pan also makes it hard to follow the recipies - I don't have a pan even close to that size nor do I have one that I can put in the oven like that because the handle sticks out.
Garlic and onion powder are additional seasonings and don’t have to be used in any recipes I make. The pan is irrelevant. As long as you have a pan and can sear then it doesn’t matter the size or the brand. If your pan isn’t the size as the one I use for a particular recipe, cook the chicken in batches and transfer to an oven tray.
Cold foods are greatly underappreciated. Going to have to give this one a try next batch of meal prep.

Love your stuff, Jack!
@@AshCosgrove came here to say this! 😂
Haha 😜
But have you ever had bacon fat inside anything? You would agree that it makes anything ten times better
tbh bacon isnt even that bad calorie wise especially compared to sausages
The tortillas add a lot more calories than that.
These are my favorite recipes. Something you can take for lunch at work and not have to reheat. Game changer.

This looks amazing! Will definitely try this recipe. Thanks for all you do.
Very clearly explained - excellent motivation for me to ‘give it a try.’ Thank you.
Wow this is great, loved your caesar salad meal prep already, will definitely do this one as well

Not at all. The only reason i dont is that it will become soggy unless you remove the pulp.

Yes to everything but low fat mayo. Full fat mayo is healthier for the gut 😅
Yeah low fat anything is no good
I’ll be honest, I’ve said low fat and given macros for low fat but I use regular mayo. You use whatever you have and whatever you like
Why is that?

"season to taste" means you need to taste it and adjust - you're just throwing salt in
I know how to season correctly. I’m constantly trying the food you just don’t see me do that as it’s unnecessary
