Competition is done ! Thanks for voting, watching and commenting ! It’s a draw !!! 222 - 222 😂 The only logical thing now is to both do a review ! Coming soon....
I have been subbed to you both for quite some time now. I love both you guys. Your vids were in my feed ba back to back. I watched this first and wow, this is some pro-god tier terrain-from-trash. I think you may have it in the bag.
They both have their up and downs but I have to give Eric the win due to the smoke rising from the vents and how high the human conveyor belt was from the ground. Overall, masterfully crafted!
Every time I watch one of your videos and see the awesome stuff you build it makes me want to go to my office work room and act like Godzilla and crush all my buildings! Much respect sir
I was and still am super impressed with Eric's (the amount of techno-detail on his is something I aspire to). But the scratchbuilt grinder apparatus looks like a storebought piece, coupled with the killer smoke plumes, makes this one my favorite!
I watched both videos and as I told Eric, it would have been a toss up for me. His had the varied colors and yours had the gory corpse grinder. The builds were great.
I absolutely love a lot of the details in this build! But as a whole I think Eric's build is a slightly stronger contestant. I'm gonna have to vote for Eric.
Both builds are amazing and are a fantastic use of materials, but got to give it to Eric because of the use of LED lights and stepping out his comfort zone with adding the colour really makes it catch your eye... That and Gert has already lost his soul to Paw Patrol.
Eric wins for color and presentation, but Gert wins for technical execution and how good the terrain looks, bits and all, from a parts and pieces perspective. But since paint can always be changed, I have to give my vote to Gert. Dark Matter Workshop for Eternal Glory!
This is great! I enjoy this more than the venom babe piece. I think Eric does a great job of narrating his actions and giving reasons behind why he likes using certain materials, which is part of the fun. That being said, I like your end product better!
I have to say that you both did a fantastic job. I like the use of the old printer pieces. Also well thought out. Unfortunately, my vote goes to Eric's Hobby Workshop for a couple of reasons but it was close. 1. I liked how he put in lightning fixtures 2. I also liked how he had control panels that made it look like it was running the facility 3. Lastly, I liked how on the spiral cardboard he covered it in paper so you couldn't see the lines which I did see on yours. These are very minut but was the tipping point for me because I can only hope to be on either of your levels in near future. Keep doing what you guys are doing because I love this kind of content because it gives many of us inspiration and ideas. I still love this by the way, but when you have 2 awesome things to judge you have to nitpick something. Well done to both of you.
Brutally difficult decision, a true clash of titans of the tabletop terrain world! Both builds were amazing But I must cast my vote for my man Eric! Now Gert, you must face the true corpse grinder, Young Sheldon!
Great video. I really like how the smoke plumes turned out. I wouldn't have thought about clump foliage in that way. I may have to try that myself. I do really enjoy the story that this terrain piece tells. Well done.
I didn't think you were going to beat Eric as his build was insanely good however I think this might be one if not thee finest build on this channel. Your color choices are just phenomenal and the construction always looks to scale with the minis. you get the vote which was not an easy win
This is heckin Hard... The concept of the lovely meatgrinder foodpaste recycle plant is one of the best 40k pieces i've seen on UA-cam so far, and the lovely fleshy bits och the conveyer belt... Well, horrificly beautiful. But the "playability" and ladders and gritty dirty look of the plant with the vat/pool and the toxic potstill thing... Very hard this, but i think i have to go with Erics because of the use of some extra colours of the green and Purple that just makes the grimdark feel of it popp just a bit more. So: Point to Erics piece.
Both of you are unbelievable! I'm pretty envy: soooo much of creativity!!! Very difficult to decide,... but I vote for Dark, now. Thank you very much, both buildings are excellent!👍
My vote is for Gert. I really enjoyed both videos, and it was awesome to see the challenge, just when I was wondering when would there be another video from either channel. However, I like Gert's procedure of design, build, paint, and especially, I feel the overall result feels technically superior and more faithful to its goal and theme. I learned a lot from Eric's seemingly effortless perfection into crafting some gorgeous piece from an apparent bunch of trash, but in this precise competition I feel Gert's piece is more carefully crafted...
I love the concept of this build, and I'll be a loyal subscriber of you from now on, but my vote still goes to Eric. He won my vote by a little margin though, you both did amazing.
Ho! What a contest! First of all, you know guys, the size of the chimney doesn't mater!!! I will give you my vote there for the concept, and will give my vote to Eric on his channel for the playability of his terrain. Thanks for that really great content
Very cool I really like the escalator, but would have liked to see more scattered remains around the terrain. Or a section that has see through glass on a corner showing a vat of gore or something.
You know I came into this vid expecting an easy Eric win but honestly I love the way you do small details. Wish you’d spend more time showing them off but they’re fun to spot as you go over things so idk!
Difficult to choose between the end results based on looks, they both look very good. I vote Dark Matter wins overall - the concept swung it for me. While Eric's was kind of generic industrial, DM's Corpse Grinder idea is gold.
While I liked Gert's meat grinder concept better and think his turned out great, I think Eric's piece looks like more fun to play on and looks more striking overall. Looking forward to more content from both of you. Love these crossovers!
Wrap some sandpaper around the can and you can sand the pipe ends to fit the cans directly. Put some liquid sprue, thin hot glue, or other firm gap filler around the edges and it'll look like it's welded right in. Probably easier.
Your method of craft is a lot like what is in my comfort zone and I really like the theme, but I have to give it to Eric this one time because I know he couldn't survive the consequences of losing, unlike you. I know Young Sheldon won't break you; being a father prepares one's spirit for these things!
Okay guys. I really love both of the projects you did. This one is awesome, particularly the work on the corpse grinder. However, I’m going to have to vote for Eric’s build. It’s just a bit more atmospheric, and I feel like it has more playable surface.
I watched Eric's video first and though oh wow that's going to be tough to beat but this does. Corps liquifier (great name for a metal band) is awesome, vote for Gert. Also seeing his crazy eyes, you might not want to challenge him to a death match. He definitely had that "I will beat you with a shovel" look in his eyes.
Two excellent builds. Both far in advance of what I can produce but both creators encouraging me to give it another go. Voting for Eric overall but loving DMW’s gorehound details.
Both you guys did great I’m gonna have to say tie… both are amazing work and so close it is a dead heat. I suggest a joint viewing reaction video one episode of young sheldon with a after show review
Damn! Watched Eric's first and thought "well I'll probably say it's a draw" but....damn. The detail. The machinery. The lovely, lovely gore. Stuff like this is why you're my favourite crafting channel on the Tube. Respect to Eric, because it was awesome what he did, but point to Dark Matter!
This Dark Matter Workshop build is full of interesting details and cool design ideas; however, I think that Eric wins on atmosphere and grungy aesthetic. So, I say, "Eternal Glory to Eric's Workshop!" Maybe, if there had been more blood and rust on the corpse grinder, I would have been swung in favour of Dark Matter; but the pastel tones on the toxic processing plant really gave that build some real pop (plus, the lighting, of course, is a great touch).
i love how clean this looks... normally but i would expect a place like a Corpse Grinder to not look so sanitary. a bit more blood gore, floor smears, maybe some bloody foot prints could have really helped. but there are 2 this that bug me. the cardboard tube lines on your tower DO stand out, and the smoke plums seem to detract from the piece rather than add. because of that... i vote for Eric.
@@DarkMatterWorkshop Hey my Comedic mate, it bugs him, smelling the plume & spelling (Errors)-Errics "PLUM" - there is a tree in my chimney plum pip....General Rid Stump!!!
Dude, this is so good. Love it. The mechanical stuff is very well done: great bits and bobs, and great perspective. Nice paint work including the flesh drum. I really like the conveyor belt, too. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, --Bo
Both of you have made rad pieces. It's a difficult one (and I don't like challenge style things much) but muy vote goes to you for starting with a clear concept from the beginning.
Just found yours and Eric's channels. Love them both, very inspiring. I didn't think anything could be more disgusting than an acid filled hottub, but your human remains filled blender was over the top. My vote must go to you sir. Looking forward to enjoying both channels after I finish throwing up
This is such an awesome piece. I love the details like the limp hanging zombie arm on the conveyor.
Thanks man !
Can I go in it?
@@weatlyjustweatly133 yeah, but only once😐
Eric's is my favorite. However, because I really want to see him make a Young Sheldon review because that just sounds silly, Dark Matter wins!
😂 It was his idea anyway !
Competition is done ! Thanks for voting, watching and commenting !
It’s a draw !!! 222 - 222 😂
The only logical thing now is to both do a review ! Coming soon....

Woo! Great job Gert. Happy to become patron #2!
You’re the best Guy !!
Gert here at Dark Matter Workshop wins! It was the body cruncher that won it for me. That was just too cool! Congratulations.
I love the creativity of the corpse ginder but I think the playability and grimdark detail of Eric's makes it the winner.
I wanted to vote for Eric but I can’t say no to corpse grinding - you’ve got my vote
They both have their up and downs but I have to give Eric the win due to the smoke rising from the vents and how high the human conveyor belt was from the ground. Overall, masterfully crafted!
"I am interested in the eternal glory part of things" so great
The gory bits thrown onto the silver foil wins it for you. Congratulations you have my vote.
Dark matter wins because of the idea, the flesh masher and the smoke. All the best to both channels.
Thanks !
Yes.....yes I have ! Paw patrol paw patrol....
I had forgotten just how bloody excellent this is. Nice work DMW
That meat blender machine is gnarly!
Started with a like for Erics stuff, but you got me with the mechanical bits. My vote for you.
Eric wins for color and presentation, but Gert wins for technical execution and how good the terrain looks, bits and all, from a parts and pieces perspective. But since paint can always be changed, I have to give my vote to Gert. Dark Matter Workshop for Eternal Glory!
It is so hard to decide who wins... both are fantastic terrain peaces!
But Eric's is my favorite!
I love the liquifier! Both projects were amazing. Tough choice, but Eric for the ‘Eternal Glory.’
Dark Matter Workshop gets my vote -- great concept, nice detailing, cracking good paint job. Nice work!
My vote goes to Dark Matter! Both terrain pieces are really impressive! Keep up the good work
Eric's channel brought me here, subbing. I cant get enough of this sort of thing!
Welcome to the workshop!
It is hard to decide who to win since you are both my favorite terrain makers on youtube who transform scrap/old toys into amazing terrrain
The liquifier made me retch many times
Well done
Erick has my vote just because the paint job in this one is just metal.
Both of your sets are great pieces. But this one is my favourite. Winner to me is Dark Matter Workshop.
This is great! I enjoy this more than the venom babe piece. I think Eric does a great job of narrating his actions and giving reasons behind why he likes using certain materials, which is part of the fun. That being said, I like your end product better!
I know your competition is over, but you got my vote from the concept. Fantastic!
I have to say that you both did a fantastic job. I like the use of the old printer pieces. Also well thought out. DMW is the clear winner. I'm amazed!
Dark Matter wins, I’m sorry Eric, I love your work but this is just so epic.
Epic build my friend!... My vote goes to you ❎👍
Brutally difficult decision, a true clash of titans of the tabletop terrain world! Both builds were amazing

Dark Matter Workshop is the winner in my opinion.
I like the way you think !

Agreed, Nice contrast between the purple vats and green toxic sludge.
Your concepts is amazing. The only thing's that makes Eric's better is coloring and super details.
Agreed

It’s the girth ! 😏
For my skill level it has to be erics but yours is one i aspire to be able to do oneday great inspiration

While I liked Gert's meat grinder concept better and think his turned out great, I think Eric's piece looks like more fun to play on and looks more striking overall.
Looking forward to more content from both of you. Love these crossovers!
I prefer your (Dark Matter Workshop's) build, the corpse grinding equipment is very well done and very grimdark.
Wrap some sandpaper around the can and you can sand the pipe ends to fit the cans directly. Put some liquid sprue, thin hot glue, or other firm gap filler around the edges and it'll look like it's welded right in. Probably easier.
Eternal glory to dark matter workshop! Sorry Eric but the corpse farm is beautiful, horrifying, but beautiful. Epic work Dark matter!
Thanks !
Dark Matter Workshop gets my vote.
I do always love some good blood and gore. Sorry Eric I love your stuff, but Dark Matter Workshop won this round, great job!
Tough choice! Both builds are awesome! I’m going to have to vote for Eric though.
Both pieces are great..can't force either to watch little Sheldon
You’re too kind !
Your method of craft is a lot like what is in my comfort zone and I really like the theme, but I have to give it to Eric this one time because I know he couldn't survive the consequences of losing, unlike you. I’ll take the burden if i have too ! 😉
This has to be a win for Dark matter workshop
Thank you !
Dark matter workshop has my vote
Very cool build, love the corpse grinder, especially the agitator.
This one goes to Eric: the playability and aesthetics of his are really top-notch!
Total winner, you have my vote.
Kickass concept,even better finished product.
Both pieces are awesome, but i think Dark Matter's piece wins.
Well done to both of you!
Eric you had better bye popcorn 🍿
dark matter for the win
I love both of you guys so much, but Gert has this one!
I vote for this piece! Eternal glory to you, sir!
Thanks mate
Eric's is my favorite, but they both look great!
Thanks ! I agree

I blame paw patrol !
Grisly. Awesome.
Thanks mate.
Really Like the gore and general ascetic, but I really hate the plums of smoke so I got to hand this to Eric.
You are a Awsome builder !!!
And funny. Thank you, Cory
Your idea is awesome! You should be the winner!
Both are really nice pieces of Terrain. Eric's Terrain is perhaps a litte better playable but with the idea of young sheldon....you get my vote
What ever the outcome their needs to be a rematch! Watching you both push it to the limit with your builds is just brilliant to watch!
Eric's Hobby Workshop gets my vote
Makes sense, love al the cool details and lighting.
Dark Matter gets the glory!
I love the challenge concept!
The human recycling plant is an awesome 40k piece but I have to vote for Eric. The lights edged it out for me.
Eric for eternal glory
I like yours a lot as well, this was hard but I vote for Eric
Can’t blame ya !
Two excellent builds. Both far in advance of what I can produce but both creators encouraging me to give it another go. Voting for Eric overall but loving DMW’s gorehound details.

Gotta say I like Eric's piece better. It's a little more subtle and I like the practical light effect - both are great pieces though!
I'm too fragile for this ... both projects are beautiful ... I love the story the piece tells ... one vote for dark matter
Thank you !
Although I really like Erik's build, the complete over the top gore from Gert's build makes him the winner for me!
Nice work on the gore, I'm going to stick with voting for Eric on this one though!
holy bees... thanks man, i picked up some great tips. Awesome.
Dude, this is so good. Love it. The mechanical stuff is very well done: great bits and bobs, and great perspective. Nice paint work including the flesh drum. I really like the conveyor belt, too. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, --Bo
This is fantastically gross. I certainly don't want to get collected for that processing plant! Great work.
Tough but gotta go with Eric, happy he showed me to you ! Always need lore content for terrain.
As this is the first Corpse Grinder terrain I've seen, my vote goes to Dark Matter.
Enjoy the show Eric!

Super wholesome video, amazing work

this is crusiumly awesome. I love it. I plan to do something like this now for our
