Will this make them already cooked in the jar at 40 minutes? Making them mushy for frying

To fry...drain the jar then pat down the slices and prepare them just as you would fresh slices for frying

@@mikebastiat i wouldn't Chance it could make you sick the seal would fail then re seal its best to leave it off
