    any idea of cost breakdown? Was it worth it to do the SIPS yourself?

      Not all broken down but I ended up spending about $30k total on the tiny home not including the deck. It might be a little more pricy because of the extra plywood and EPS but it’s a solid and way insulated structure. Hope that helps! 😀
